Front load washer

First I like the very low operating cost. It uses less water, less soap, it is very programmable, depending on the clothes being washed and how dirty they are you could save more. The history shows this washer should last a long time and be fairly dependable. That should save me more money. I did do research on its dependability on Consumer Reports and bought with that in mind.

Great washer

When I ordered washer I had to wait for a month.I was excited to receive this. Impressed about lot of options, its capacity and its too quite. Can't make out whether the washer is running or not. I would highly suggest this washer.

Love this washer

Very quiet and easy to use. Also have another Samsung washer/dryer set, fridge and TV. Well built and reliable - to date have not had any problems with any of the products I own.

This product is not that great!!

The clothes still smells after washing for 1 hour.

Good washer....with a couple of caveats....

This is a good washer...our first front loader, and overall its a pleasure to use compared to our old top loader. However I have a few complaints that make me uncertain if I would buy this again: 1. The "AddWash" feature is virtually useless. If you want to add items to the wash, it is easier to just push pause and open the normal door. Meanwhile the extra trap door adds depth to the size of the washer, makes it harder to see inside the washer, and creates extra parts to worry about keeping dry ...

I love the addwash! I always forget clothes. With my old machine I would make a mess opening it to add clothes but this one is perfect for me!

Great features

There is a great amount of features and settings to fit the needs to wash any type of load of laundry. The size is great- fits a king size comforter without any issues. Highly recommend!

Control Panel does not respond to my touch and Drum light does not turn on when you open the door after a wash.

I like the washer for the most part. The only thing that bothers me (and unfortunately it appears that it will continue to bother me for the life of this machine) is that the control panel does not respond to my touch. It does respond to other people's touch, but just not mine. The Samsung came and looked at it and replaced the control panel. Even he was puzzled why the control panel does not respond to my touch. AMAZING!!

I bought this to replace my 2008 Samsung front load washing machine. What a difference 9 years makes!!! My washing machine is on the 2nd floor and it does no shake the entire house during any of its cycles. In fact, you don't even know when it starts to spin!!! Never thought I would say I'm happy my older one broke!! LUV IT!!

Great product

Have been looking for another Samsung front loader. Had two choices in mind and was checking the reviews on this model. This model has great features and looks great. Me and the wife still learning how to use. A great choice.

This is the best washer we have had!

We have only had this washer for a couple weeks but it is doing a GREAT job! It is easy to use. It came on a pedal stool so it is at a perfect height for all of our family members to use. I love the fact it is more energy efficient and uses less water than our last washer. It is very quiet. Overall I am very glad we selected this machine. It is very heavy so don't plan to move it once you get it in place.

Happy So Far

I have had this washer since November and no issues as of yet. I was skeptical after reading some reviews but it washes our clothes pretty clean and size is just right for a family of 6.

USER FRIENDLY

I am very pleased with my new front load washer. This is my first front loader and I am pleasantly surprised at how much I like it. This machine has fantastic features and spins my clothes so my drying time is less, very nice.

Samsung Addwash front load

I just received this front load washer to replace my recalled washer. It's been a wonderful decision to purchase this washer. I will never purchase a top load again.

Makes washing fun!

We have enjoyed our new washer. Have not had to use the little 'add wash' door but probably will at some point. I like the lighted drum and the extra large size. I enjoy the tune it plays at the end of the cycle--better than a buzzer. Wash times are shorter than I was used to but I haven't noticed any lessening of cleaning. Many cycles and choices. Love washer

Love this washer. My only concern is that after each wash I have to leave it open so that it airs out and dries. For that reason is why I lowered the design to four stars and of course it is a bit expensive so the value did suffer as well.
