HORRIBLE!

Do not buy anything Samsung they don’t stand by their products at all! I have an entire kitchen washer dryer and TVs all Samsung and they fight you on making necessary repairs! This washer has broken multiple times now I have a motor failure error code after owning it less than two years! They refuse to pay for it to be fixed. A washer should last more than a year and a half for $1200. Buy a whirlpool my mom loves hers!! This thing is garbage also had repairs done on the matching dryer.

Absolute Garbage

Bought this set when they first came out, paid almost 3 grand for the pair. The dryer failed in less than a year.. when the repair man showed up he already had the replacement part in-hand (meaning it's a common problem) . It's now less than 2 years and the washer is now dead, and has been so for 10 days.The repair man says the parts to fix it are Very expensive, and he's still debating with Samsung Wether to fix or replace (I bought 5 year wattanty fortunately ) my guess is after 5 years, these...

Samsung customer service is horrible!

We purchased a Samsung washing machine from Samsung a little less than a year ago and unfortunately the equipment broke down. Which is not a big deal by itself. We now have had the Samsung service technician out 6 times replacing various parts on the in less than a month. None of the new parts have fixed the issue. Now, they are completely unwilling to replace the unit. They hold you on the line, lie about the ticket being closed, claim that it is no longer under warrantee, lose their own ...

WiFi feature is Great!

Love this washer. Doesn’t show fingerprints like my old LG. Love being able to pause and add forgotten items to wash I have already started. WiFi feature is nice to check status and start wash.

Water Leaks and Vibrates

It is a bad product. Do Not Buy it. We have used only 13 months now, the technician came out two times to fix the water leak and heavy vibration. It doesn't fill water and leaks water everywhere. Out of Warranty now. Samsung makes JUNK washers.

Lemon... Buyer beware

Within 5 years we have to replace a mother board. Within a year twice we had to replace latch twice. We replaced it one more time out of warranty and now we just hold the door shut for a minute to get it to start. Lemons... I’m going back to whirlpool Samsung blows

Drain Pump Died in 18 Months

We are disappointed in the drain pump stopping leaving us without a washer for a week. I called Samsung at we are past the warranty period so they will not even pay for the part. Amazing that with our old Kenmore for half the price it lasted 10 years before a problem and this one not even two years in.

Water Leaks, Vibration and Loud

We bought it in 02-2017. Started to leak water and too much vibration just before the warranty ends. Technicians came out 2 times to fix it; the first one was a useless guy, suggested to run with low spin to avoid the vibration issue and couldn't find the water leak issue. 2nd one found the cause of water leak and fixed. Vibration and loud noise is still a problem. Guess what, we are out of warranty now.

Outstanding

So far haven't had any issues. As a matter of fact I love this washer. Best machine I have ever had. Very quiet. Clothes come out clean. They definitely get enough water to rinse away the detergent unlike some of the other washers that have been reviewed. Just make sure you use HE laundry and use the amount the recommend. DO NOT TRUST THEIR WARRANTY.

I thought I could trust Samsung and I cannot. They stated in their warranty that if you have 3 repairs done in the first year they will replace it with a new one. I bought mine last April and it has been repaired 7 times in November and December!!! I had to take off 7 days of work!!! Lowe's has been great and gave me a loaner while they try to fight Samsung. Drum problems, bad warranty registration

I just had to replace this washer, because the drum bearings went bad 14 months after install and it would have cost almost as much to repair as to buy a new one. So I bought a new one and after getting the new one installed today, I registered the unit on the Samsung website only to be told the warranty was good for 7 months. Although I'm assured by their chat service that they'll honor it for the full 12 months, this is not a good start, and apparently there's no way to update their online sys...

Why it's not a 5 star review

After reading several reviews on this washer, I was impressed enough to seek it out. Found a great deal on the pair and brought it home. Overall, it is a good washer. Gets the dirt out and looks sleek. My biggest issue with it is the noise! It is the LOUDEST washer I have ever heard. Impressive washing machine

Fantastic washing machine. Does more than expected

Terrible

Piece of junk, often gives suds code and we definitely do not add too much detergent, adding absolute minimum required. Cannot wash pillows, gets stuck in rinse/spin cycle if you try (balance issue). Drum Llght works for a while, stops and then have to reprogram, same with sound. Do Not Buy. Had it for about one year and thinking of replacing. Matching Dryer not great either. Previous Samsung washer and dryer were fine, just worn out after 10 years.

Great Washing Machine

I love the extra space in the Washing Machine. Does a great job even when using the quick wash.

Clean and sharp

A great front load washer... works well and is quite. Also like the added loader if you forget a cloth item. Well done.

Great Features

I like that the machine is quiet. I also like that it has the extrea spot where you can add more clothes to a load.

Great Washer

Have only had this washer a short time. It does a great job of cleaning and has lots of options and a very large capacity. It is a bit bulky looking. I don't love that the add a wash door doesn't dry out very well between washings unless you leave it open all the time.

An ECO that works!

Ever since this "Green" life style was forced upon us & agitators were removed from washing machines, actual cleaning of dirty clothes took a back seat to carbon footprints... lol. So far I love this machine!

This is a replacement for my older Samsung washer which went belly up. We bought another Samsung because we liked the other machine so much. So far (I have only had it for a couple of weeks) I couldn't be happier with this machine. Have done approximately 15 loads of laundry in it and it has cleaned so well and seems to be gentle on all of my laundry. I hope it holds up for many years. I will be writing another review if it doesn't. I am a happy Samsung customer.
