DEAD IN UNDER 2 YEARS — DO NOT BUY

Samsung advised the repair man to replace the motherboard and pump and “maybe” that will fix it. Are you kidding me? Lets just try different things at YOUR cost and hope for the best. The matching dryer has also had to be serviced 2 times in its short life and now the motor is on its way out (makes loud noise while running). This product is PURE GARBAGE. DO NOT BUY. You’ve been warned.

Not sure if its faulty

I just purchased the washer and dryer with pedestals and ran the calibration on the washer. The washing machine shook so hard the first time I thought it was going to blow up. I tried another load and it tripped the GFI I had it plugged in to. Guess this is going back to the store or exchanging for another one. Be cautious. Check the video out beginning around :57 seconds. Loud knocking and rocking. Washer is completely level so it wasn't due to it being unlevel.

Amazing how much can fit from our old 3.5 cu ft washer, this beast is a workhorse and more efficient with more wash options to get clothes vividly clean

2 samsung washers in 3 years RUN AWAY !!

Thenfirst one I had was the top loader that recalled before the recall it started sounding like it was gonna fly outta mu laundry room... very scary..so fine.. we got the rebate and moved on . We are a large family so we needed a big washer. We bought this one however.. I have not had this one for a year and 6 months and it started sounding like a airplane landing in my laundry room. Like literally. I live next to an airport so I hear them all day but it's like louder then the dang airport.. so ...

Nice looking washer only.

We brought this washer 2 months ago. we find that this washer doesn't drain the water out and alot water sits in the front under the rubber, and where you put the washer liquid. We take out the liquid department to pour out water and use paper towers dry the water under rubber. this waher cost to much for all of this work after you wash your cloths.

Nice washer, works well - I have never used the steam option in 2 years - MAKE SURE YOU BUY THE WARRANTY - Failed after 2 years and 2 companies tried to fix it with no luck - getting it paid/replaced by the protection plan. Picture shows 5 boxes of parts after 4 attempts to get it fixed.

Great Features and Look

I bought this after reading many reviews and comparing features with other models. The washer looks awesome and fits all my needs from washing day to day clothes to sanitize baby clothes and fir even king blanket with sheets.

Very Quiet and so many options

I purchased 3 months ago and love this machine. Use the quick cycle the most and cleans very well. Very little water remains after washing. Very pleased and worth the price.

Started Leaking after 1 year almost to the date!

Poor manufacturer warranty, not even 1 year. This thing is leaking all over my floor every time I use it. We bought this on 10-02-2017, it started leaking on 10-13-2018. I do not recommend buying this junk.

Fifty Character Title For This Here Washer Review.

This is the second Samsung Washer I've bought in less than three years. The first one was donated to my parents when their old whirlpool crapped out unexpectedly and they didn't have enough money to buy a replacement. This one is an upgrade from that other model. Leaking front door barely one year old

Seemed to be doing fine. Looks nice, runs quietly. AND THEN The front door started leaking water onto the floor. I have barely had the machine a year. Which of course means they won't cover it with warranty anymore. I was warned by plenty of people that the products don't last, now I guess I will be out a few $100 dollars to fix a broken door. There is absolutely no reason for the door to break down after only a year. Ugh. So so frustrating.
