horrible product

suspension rods door lock assembly, and error code DC comes on all the time. Haven’t had the washer for two years. Call samsung before the warranty was up. They may be troubleshoot. It works when he wants to and they refused to fix it now the warranty is gone.

Design

I’ve had this washer for a few months now. I’ve never owned a front loader. This is my first. The quality and the warranty that comes with it. You truly can’t beat it. Cleans my clothes better than any other washer I’ve bought. Samsung makes great products and they stand behind there name.

The best thing that has come into my life in 2026!

I bought a Whirlpool through Lowes 6 years ago. It was giving me balance issues for 2 years and I babied it until 2 weeks ago when it just would not drain and spin properly even with a very small load. After researching on Lowes what type of machine (all in one, stackable, or stand-alone) to buy; I chose this one and I have not regretted it! Life changing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washer. Capacities awesome, it takes so much clothes compared to my previous machine. It’s double the amount of clothes. The machine is quiet so I can let it work at night before I go to bed. I can adjust every program and define if I want more cycles if I wanna steam or if I want quick wash, the technology is awesome and I will recommend it to anybody who would like to buy a washing machine.

Very Good Washing Machine Not So Goog WiFi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s a very good washing machine has lots of features , One of my particular favorites is The steam feature, and is very quiet uses very little water. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi part. It works one out of 25 times if I’m lucky. They say to unplug it and plug it back up that’s not possible seeing how it sits on the pedestal and you can’t reach it to unplug it or plug it up.
