Difficulty with machine

This machine doesn’t wring my clothes out as well as my last washing machine. I like to wash in cold at times, however even when I open the door heat/steam comes out. I had someone check to make sure the cold water was turned on. The self clean cycle doesn’t seem to be working. It takes FOREVER and then it starts beeping and flashing. I looked it up but didn’t see anything to help. I need help.

Great performance

Waste of money

The drum shakes terribly when spinning, it shakes the door so hard that I expect it to open. It has locked up a few times because a code will appear that doesn't have anything to do with the shaking of the drum. It sounds like the drain pump is about to give up because of the grinding noise it's making. So disappointed. I purchased the set washer/dryer. I contacted Samsung since it's under warranty and that was a waste of time. I have an expensive pile of junk.

Quiet and efficient

We appreciate a great Washer and dryer that is multifunctional with different wash cycles and a dryer that is super quiet so we can wash clothes when the kids are sleep. The washer and dryer is perfect size for large loads and still washes every piece super efficiently. I have had this washer and dryer for about 2 months and I love it!!!

Replaced an old Samsung

Constant problems w the washer

Constantly reads DC and half the time doesn't run the load. Having to get warranty involved after 3 months.

Not Worth It

We purchased this washer/dryer set partly because of how it looks. While the units do look nice, they do not last. A little over a year after purchasing the washing machine started making a loud vibrating noise. It sounds like an airplane is taking off in our house. There is no way to fix it and the entire thing needs to be replaced. It seems we are not alone since other reviews mention this as well. As for the dryer, it takes forever. Had a terrific review that I had seen online.

Very quiet, many new features, as well as the cleaning capability. I looked for a few weeks then decided that this was the one I needed. Glad I made the decision.
