Much quieter operation and we haven't had to worry about whether or not it is filling properly. Slightly more capacity than our 4.7cu ft, but that was intentional to make sure we don't over do it since we're switching over from top load to front load. No issues with balancing loads so far, and loads are coming out cleaner. I like that I can use my smart things app to see...

suspension rods door lock assembly, and error code DC comes on all the time. Haven’t had the washer for two years. Call samsung before the warranty was up. They may be troubleshoot. It works when he wants to and they refused to fix it now the warranty is gone.
