Leaks through door
I've had this washing machine for one year now. They look beautiful and was working well up until the 10th month when it started leaking water through the door seal. The seal is in good condition, but leaks when the drum spins and bounces back and fourth. I called customer service in July and was told their system showed it out of warranty, but it actually wasn't. I purchased it from Lowe's on 8/13/25. So years ago I bought one of the Samsung frontload washer/dryer sets when they first became popular. I absolutely loved it, but the person purchasing my home asked to include them in the sale. Great washer tons of settings

Love all the of all the separate modes that you can download for specific types of clothing. Definitely do find clothes are cleaner than with the old samsung washer I had, especially the whites! If you haven't tried steam wash, you definitely need to. Has worked flawlessly since day 1.

Its consistency in washing is better than any washers I used before. I finally upgraded from my last washing machine and I very enjoy the preheating features along with how it leaves your clothes feeling crisp. Its adherence and ergonomics are also important for leaving your clothes feeling fresh.
