We purchased this washer/dryer set partly because of how it looks. While the units do look nice, they do not last. I am writing this to warn potential buyers about the WF50BG8300AVUS and Samsung’s refusal to honor their warranty. My unit suffers from excessive, violent vibration. After opening Ticket #4182107638, Samsung dispatched "One Stop Appliance Repair, INC." The first technician identified a likely drum defect. And a year after owning them (of course after the warranty) everything begins to fail. First the dryer sensors and fuses blow, have to repair that almost every month. The looks are really nice, but the added wash cycle features sealed the deal and same with the dryer. Easy to use and my wife loves the fact she can monitor the wash and dry on her phone. We really enjoy the larger capacity. If these hold up like our other Samsung products, they'll last many years.
