Walking across the floor!

Just got this 5 days ago and called to start my return today. Totally turned off off front load wasjers now. My husband had tried for 4 days now to level this thing even going as far as to buy a brand new level just incase. No dice this thing looks like its doing a reenactment of Mr. Toad's wild ride. And im going on a week of not being able to wash clothes in my new house with a family of 4. Definitely regretting this purchase.

Biggest Piece of Junk I have ever bought

This washer has been nothing but one problem after another. I am so glad we bought the extended warranty or we would really be sunk. Save yourself the headache, spend a little more now and buy another brand. You'll come up much better in the long run. I have certainly learned a big lesson here...never buy another one!!

Very First Run took whole night

Just after the delivery, loaded cloths in the evening and set to normal mode. machine said 59 mins, did very little back and forth movement and started adding the water etc, later after 2 hours came back to see display still showing 59 mins, machine was not running, again pressed the start button, which repeated some back and forth again, adding water etc, so went to sleep. In the morning it is still in the same status..59 .mins..i had a samsung before which i bought in 2010 and no issues for 9...

Failed product

Warped drum from factory. Samsung would not replace. Had technician out and making repair costs more than washer itself. He said avg lifespan on these "high end" washers is 8-10 years. So were stuck with 5 year old washer with warped drum. Oh it looks nice, has some fancy features that are mainly connected to sales pitch but they dont last. We have an old Whirlpool or Maytag top load thats been working for 20+ years and have abused the heck out of it and STILL works.

Nice washer, can wash more than my top load washer could. Now, I can actually fill my dryer to what it was rated for.

I hate the design of the filter.

Water gets all over the floor when time to clean the filter from debris.

My husband purchased the washer and dryer together. After reading reviews and doing research we decided on the Samsung front loader. This is our first front loader and we really like it. The wash, rinse and spin cycle is quiet. Don’t forget to remove the mounting screws that holds the power cord on the back of the washer. Those holding screws will rattle and make loud noise during spin cycle if not removed. We were so excited we watched the first cycle like we were watching tv :-). The ...

Absolutely love my new machine, so hi-tech my kids love to wash a load or two!

So far goid

Like the multi choice level .. so far getting clothes clean.. had small issue with the bleach vs softener trays (hard to read) otherwise so far so good.

While we've only run about a half dozen loads through the machine so far, everything is as we expected. As a 'least expensive' in class model, we didn't look for much in the way of bells and whistles. It replaced a similar level 'LG' model from about 10 years ago. The Samsung has 2 additional wash cycles and several other optional settings over the old LG, so that was a nice surprise! Here's hoping the long term durability is better than the LG!

Spend more time being repaired

I’ve had this thing repaired so many times, and when the extended warranty goes in you can forget customer service. Nobody seems to care one way or the other.

Broken within 1 year

The washer broke within 1 year of having it and we are still trying to get someone out to fix it! Customer service is horrible! I will never buy a Samsung again just due to the customer service!!
