I guess we can't really entirely blame the machine, it just didn't work for our application. I really liked the machine - when it worked. We seem to have soft vinyl floors and the machine would not go into the fast spin cicle, the machine only completed a wash cycle about 15% of the time. We are in the process of remodeling my house, and the laundry room was , in my opinion, the room most in need of renivations. We previously had a Maytag set that was about 13 years old. Washer

The washer I bought does not show any soap suds sloshing around in the machine & clothes never smell that clean even with fabric softener put in too. I would not buy this machine until they improve it.

Relax, it’s a great washer!

So I did a lot of research on F.L. (front load) washers & I narrowed my choices on the Maytag & the Samsung. For the money the Samsung has more bells & whistle. Yes there are a few bad reviews-with any product you will have some that just didn’t come out the warehouse right, they weren’t set up right or user error. But this is a great washer. This washer (and matching dryer) was delivered on September 1st, 2011 and I didn't get to start using it until Sunday, September 11, 2011 (had to have an electrician move dryer plug and vent the dryer through the ceiling since I stacked them) and I haven't been able to stop!! I have done 4 loads of laundry, 2 comforters (full and king), 2 sets of sheets with blankets, a load of towels, and bras. There are things I like about this washer, but there are things I very much dislike. It is true (as some other reviews state) that the wash cycles are not true to the time on the display. I will go in to check a load and it is spinning and shows that there are 3 minutes left. I will go in 5 minutes later to check on it and it still says 3 minutes left. quietest front loader ever

This machine meets all requirements I expect a washer to have, but specifically, it is much quieter than I ever expected. It has a cleaning cycle for cleaning the washer chamber to keep it from smelling bad. It has protection features to keep the machine damage free when a load is unbalanced. I expect this machine to give us years of service.

Wish it came in blue

Works fine -- definitely didn't need any more features or cycles. Don't like that you can't override some things and choose which water temp goes with which cycle. I suppose you can do this in the fully manual mode, though. Music at the end should stop when you open the door, or press stop.

WF350/DV350 Washer/Dryer

Purchased the WF350 washer and matching dryer about a month ago. We have been very pleased with the results although we have not tried all the cycles yet. Like the defaults the machines select when you select a cycle so there is not any confusion. Machines are very stable and very, very quite. Selected the Samsung brand after detailed reviews of everything else out there.

very disappointing

This washing machine takes at least 1 hour per cycle, some cycles well over 2 hours, the clothes are coming out still stained and sometimes need rewash if heavily sweaty because the odors are not removed. My former 15 yo whirlpool top loader did far better. I'm using Tide HE and completely filling the dispenser. The clothes do come out much dryer-so less drying time but are heavily wrinkled-so more ironing time. I would not recommend this for a busy family.

LOVE it!

Can I just say I am thrilled with this purchase? The washer is quiet, efficient, easy to use and just plain pretty. Makes my dryer look like it is in desperate need of an upgrade, alas! I researched and read the reviews and this Samsung seemed to have the highest customer satisfaction post-purchase of any model. I absolutely love this washer. So easy to use, uses so little water and clothes are so clean and fresh, very quiet. I have had top loaders in the past - this is my first front loader and so far so good..

Horrible machine for removing stains...

If you have children, this is NOT the machine for you. This washer has yet to remove any stains on the first wash, without a lot of pretreating. I pretty much know that if I miss a spot on my daughter's clothes with pre-treatment, I am going to have to run the garment again, at least once, to get the stain out. I've resorted to having my child eat naked because of how awful this washer is at getting food out of clothes. I do not have this problem with my mom's standard top loader or my mother-in...

Researched and picked this one

I spent many long hours researching and reading reviews comparing this Samsung to other front loaders and I have to say I am very pleased with my decision. Out of the box the washer performs like a rock star. Clean, elegant, easy to use. First loads were towels and bedding and everything got cleaner than I've ever seen it. Few Problems but for most part good

About 6 months after we bought the machine we started having problems with it draining. We could not figure out what the problem was, so called a repairman. He found the problem immediately and ordered new parts. Was fixed within a few days. Works great now.

Do not recommend

I purchase this machine in February, it does not wash or rince. Clothes come out sticky and soapy. I DID USE the recommened amount of soap. I washed one load 15 times never came out clean. The smell is also a problem. I run a cloth in the rubber space to dry it and leave the door open. I am however very please with the service at Service Advantage. Wonderful people to work with. They have after 4 visits from a repair company approved an exchange. Hopefully this one will work properly. Lowes has ...

Great Washer

Very quite,easy to use features and spins the clothes really dry, save drying time in Half. Wash cycle may take a little longer but other features out weigh this.

First Front Loader

This is my first front loader; so, it is taking some getting used to (which is why I didn't give it all 5's); but, I LOVE IT!!! It is very easy to use, I am still learing about all of the features.
