Love that it is so not noisy. My laundry room is in my living space. Fast & Efficient.

Great Machine

Purchased this machine about 6 months ago and LOVE IT! Originally purchased a Whirlpool Duet which I used for one week before sending it back because it was beating my clothes to death, an advantage to being able to watch through the glass lid. This Samsung machine is quiet, cleans the clothes, and spins them dry enough that the dryer runs half the time as before. If needed, using the SHORT CYCLE with any of the soil levels will cut the wash time. And the amount of clothes it handles in one wash...

Great washer and matching dryer.

The price was great. They were on sale and I had a discount card. They had to order them and the washer came with a dent . They delivered it to me anyway and let me use it for 3 weeks. When the replacement came I was first on the delivery schedule that day. The washer washes well and uses a lot less water. The yellow energy sticker says about 7.00 yearly compared to my old top loader at about 28.00 yearly. We are very happy and I think you will be too.

Great Machine

My wife & I got this machine a couple of months ago. The 1st one had some strange noises happening through the spin cycles. I can't say enough good things about the service we received from lowes. But the washer is quiet, the clothes come out clean, it is roomy, and has great features. If you're thinking about getting one of these, do it!!!!

Great Front load washing machine,

We replaced our Whirlpool Duet washer with this Samsung, what a difference, doesn't walk across the room, very quite, a real pleasure to wash clothes. The high spin cycle has reduced the drying time in the dryer. We would buy this machine again, and would like to thank Lowes for fast delivery and set- up of this washer. We bought the extended warranty for added years of service. Thank you Samsung and Lowes.

Marvellous machine - I am extremely happy - You will not regret it.. it is soooooo quiet, you can't even hear when it spins and no vibration at all.. Absolutely fantastic. This machine makes me so happy - always buy Samsung, I have everything here full of Samsung and trust me, they are excellent!!

Great Washer

I love to wash cloths now. The washer is very quiet and really cleans cloths. I also bought the pedastal which I love. No more bending over. This washer saves me so much money. Less water used,less detergent,and less time. Many features several to choose from and use them all.

Excellent product, love it!! I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a new appliance.

Washer & Dryer are The BEST

I waited 5 weeks for my washer and dryer as they were on back order at the dealer. But now that I have them, I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE them. They were well worth waiting for. The washer is so quiet and cleans the clothes so well. The dryer has an incredible sensor that shuts off so that your clothes do not dry longer than they need to. I would highly recommend both the washer and dryer. I'm sold on Samsung and would not consider any other brand.

Great Washer and Dryer

By far, this is the best washer and dryer I have ever owned. It is very quite and does an outstanding job. No more bending down into the washer, the front loader makes it easy to move the clothes to the dryer. We washed a king size comforter off our bed yesterday and it did it easily, and it looks like new again. Haven't used the steam yet, buy I am sure it will do its job too.

Purchased more Samsung Products

I am not sure yet on the washer, the dryer so far has been great. I have only done two loads, the first one took three hours for normal and only after I had to remove some towels. The Machine is having a hard time reaching a high spin and keeps trying and trying, both washes I had to remove clothes or re-position and still an hour later it finally spun out. When it does spin, man do they come out dry. Lowes is coming back Monday to see if it is balanced and tight on the rubber feet cause the mac...

Love this Washer!

I an in awe of this washing machine.... Just the features alone are great for different loads you have to do. My husband does alot of landscaping & construction, so you can imagine what his clothes look & smell like...(eww) I tried the Santitze mode & I have never seen his clothes look & smell so good before. I recommend this washer to Everyone! You'll love it!

I like my washer

I am very pleased with my new washer. The overall time for washing is longer than my old washer, however it takes less time to dry. I only brought the washer at this time , I will buy the dryer when I get my money saved to buy the matching dryer. I cannot wait if it is anything like the washer I know I will be pleased.

Nicest washer ever owned

First ever owned front load. I have read up on top loads and front loads. I read the reviews on the different brands and Samsung had the best commits about their washer and dryers. The washer is quite and the music it plays to let you know they are done is so much nicer than a buzzer. My clothes come clean, the spin cycle gets more water out. The pedestols make it a much nicer reach when doing laundry. Seemed to be easy to level during instalation. LOVE my new washer and dryer!!!

Good, not awsome

I purchased this to replace an 18yr old Kenmore. I was looking for a more efficient washer. Pros: this is extremely efficient. The water usage dropped tremendously the first month and I anticipate a drop in the electric bills as well with less dryer usage. I am using much less detergent also - a great plus. Samsung WF350

We love this washer. It is a better quality and quieter than Whirlpool. (we just returned a Whirlpool that we owned for 1 year & had 7 service calls on) We could tell the quality difference right away. It cleans better and has the steam features the Whirlpool did not have at this price. It is very stable at the high speed spin (another problem with the Whirlpool).
