Best Washer Ive Ever Owned

I bought the dryer in january because we needed a new dryer once i got my dryer in and started to use it i just couldnt wait to get the washer. I love the fact that it does things by the weight of the items in the machine (both washer and dryer do that) and i also love the fact that i am able to stop and unlock it without having to unplug it to get in like my old front load washer, just incase i forget to put something else in. My entire kitchen is now samsung.

My dream washer leaks!

My dream washer is less than 2 years old and leaks.

Use less water and get our clothing cleaner. Also spins out more water so dryer takes less time. Has many different setting for what ever you are washing. Only owned it a mont h but so far I'm happy with its preformance.

Fabulous Washer!

Bought this washer for my Mom at the 2011 Black Friday sale for $499 with 18 months at 0% & free delivery along with the matching gas dryer (which also works excellent). She absolutely loves it. It washes well, a normal load is under an hour, towels spin out nearly dry, it's quiet & smooth, controls are very easy to operate. Definitely recommend it. Some of the negative reviews on here are so far out, I have trouble believing they are credible.

Retailer uneducated about this product

This is a good machine, but the retailer was completely uneducated about compatability issues. We purchased stainless steel hoses at the retailer's recommendations the machine completely malfunctioned for the first 3 weeks due to the small diameter of the hoses. After many hours of problem solving, we figured it out on our own. All of this could have been avoided if the retailer was educated about this issue.

love it!

I love my front loader steam washer. I have had the front loader in the past without the steam and loved it too, but I have found the new features and technology to be such an added bonus. Also seems as though the newer model is even more quiet then my last ones, that I sadly had to leave behind when we sold our home. I am a samsung appliance girl and will continue to purchase samsung in the future! Great Washer!!

I have had my washer about 2 weeks and I absolutely love it! My clothes are much cleaner and smell great!

A great washer

This is a good preforming washer , but the other day it took over 2 hrs to wash the clothes. 45 mins was just for the rinse cycle I thought someting was wrong. Everthing else works great . Just dont be in a hurry to wash your clothes.

THE PRODUCT WORKS GREAT

THE WASHER WORKS WONDERFUL. THE ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE MADE THE DOOR SO YOU COULD CHANGE IT TO OPEN THE OTHER WAY AS THEY DID ON THE DRYER.

Good washer

I purchased this machine after reading reviews and have not been disappointed after 2 years of use. We are in the construction field and our clothes get very dirty, I use the heavy soil option and clothes come out clean (still has stains but no smells). If the towels get off balance it will not spin all the water out but you can hold down the spin button and it will spin again, after I readjust the towels. I also keep the door cracked and clean the rubber door seal after the last load.

SAMSUNG has major issues not being addressed

The good news: This is an affordable washing machine, very energy efficient and some consumers seem to have a model that works as it was designed to work. The bad news: If you do any research, other consumers have had nightmares with this product and SAMSUNG simply ignores the issue and the consumer. Think "LEMON LAWS" with cars as this is exactly what needs to occur with appliances that fail from the beginning of their purchase. What a great unit

Do not be suprized if you don't see the water in this washer,it is very conservative.Does a great job and is without a doubt the best we have had so far. We have had many with 22 Yrs of millitary life we bought a new system every 3-4 yrs, do to moves.

WORST PURCHASE EVER

Almost from day one this washing machine gave trouble. I was on the phone numerous times with one problem or another. I was told that it was my fault....something I was doing wrong. Great new look, replaced my 15 yrs old model. Instrument panel is very easy to read. Will consider purchasing the dryer sooner than later.

When it works it works great.

I bought this washer and had it delivered and installed by the store personel. The first time the washer was turned on water began leaking out of the inside of the machine from one of the internal parts at the bottom into the pedestal. Exceeded expectations under HEAVY USE!

This washer has been used for several loads per day for months now. And I am talking about clothes worn doing ranch work (yes, imagine the worst with those!) and rodeo, basketball, football things. Works Miracles

I guess I've missed the amazing technological advances in washers so when I got this one, it was as if I went from rotary dial phone to an Iphone. This machine is simply amazing.
