Very disappointed

Clothes are not clean and have an odor. I have to clean the washer more than I should have to to eliminate odors and I leave the door open etc. The clothes are not clean at all. I bought this because of the reviews and am very disappointed. This washer is useless. Even deodorant doesn't come off my clothes. I've had this for 1 year.

Awesome machine

We just got this Samsung 350anw on sale and added the extra 4 years warranty. Lowes delivery crew was just great. We have had this for several days and are very happy with it so far. It is true that the spin cycle produces very little vibration and is quiet. An extra great feature is the access door on the front panel for draining the machine or cleaning the filter. NO GOOD

Washer uses very little water, spins good, but DOES NOT CLEAN CLOTHES VERY WELL. At first, it did ok, my husband liked it at first, then after a while noticed the whites getting my dingy. Won't get whites white no matter how much bleach. I have never liked it. Getting a top load that actually puts water in the machine, no ENERGY STAR. Have read bad results with anything with Energy Star on it. Washer is quiet, but if you want CLEAN CLOTHES, DON'T BUY!

Your clothes keep getting horrible odor, you can smell it when you iron the clothes and smell the vapor, the warranty they came and said that is the way that it works

my clothes come out very wet i called service they came out once checked it out and said try less detergent and downy i did still very wet clothes I called again and said to try two cans of frozen lemon aid on a hot cycle to clean sensors i did not do this it is being returned

Really Impressed

Bought this with the usual sense of dread about 8 months ago, to replace a Whirlpool top-loader after the basket rusted through and flooded the laundry room. Now I'm in love. I've only had this washer a few days, so it may be a bit early for an objective opinion, but so far, I'm impressed. The machine is very easy to use, which surprised me because it has so many settings. Just turn the knob for the cycle you want, set the water temp, soil level, and spin speed--you're done! I've only had this washer for a few days, so it may be a little early to write a review, but I'm really impressed. The unit runs so quiet, I can barely hear it. I'm impressed at how little water it uses, but somehow the clothes get cleaner than they did at the laundromat. I save a bundle on detergent too, even on big loads. This is the Best washer I have ever owned....You can actually set a glass of tea on top and it will not spill.. The VRT is one the of best inventions for a washer since sliced bread!!!
