First and last Samsung washer purchase.

We purchased this washer in April and in June it stopped spinning out the water. It would display "end" but the clothes would be dripping wet and full of soap. As of today we've had 6 repair visits from 2 different companies and it's still not working. Fortunately one of the Technicians showed me how to trick it into spin mode. Now I do a load then put on rinse & spin to get the soap out then trick it into spin mode to get the water out of the clothes. I'll never purchase another Samsung product...

First and last Samsung washer purchase

We purchased the washer in April, 2012. In June it stopped spinning out the clothes. It would show "end" on the display but the clothes would be dripping wet and full of soap. Machine was a disaster!

The first machine I got, I did less then 20 loads before the door leaked, the letters on the machine face rubbed off and the soap dispenser didn't empty! They brought me out a second one, after 6 loads it quit spinning my clothes! A short wash cycle would take 1 1/2 hours and the clothes were still dripping wet! Tried smaller loads and it still happened! The machine was a nightmare. However, lowes was wonderful to work with!

I love this washer. It really does a great job and requires less stain removal because the washer does it for you. Sanatize cycle is great especially when you have sick people or small children. I also really lie the hand wash cycle.

A very nice washer

The washer I selected was on backorder. The customer service at Lowes is customer satisfaction. Before I could say "I am going to look somewhere else for a washer", the associate already had this washer ready for delivery. I am sooo pleased with this washer. Very quiet with a nice selection of cycles to choose. My clothes are clean. The steam feature is always a plus. There is a $50.00 rebate for high efficiency washers.

Outstanding washer

We saw the mixed reviews on the front loading washers, with some of the negatives being not getting clothes clean or being too loud. This washer is great. It uses a small amount of water but gets clothes clean. The washer (and matching dryer) are very quiet. The controls are easy to use. No problems.

Do not waste your money on this product

Our washer broke down in the middle of a wash and we have had it less than two months. I had to drain the washer via a small drain tube into a bowl, which took several bowl-fulls before the door would unlock. Our last washer & dryer, both Kenmore brand, served us well for over 13 years, so I am very disappointed in the low quality of the Samsung appliances and will be getting rid of them as soon as Samsung sends a repair person out to evaluate the machine (two days from now). Biggest piece of junk I have ever owned

I bought this on black friday 2011. It took til 1-2012 to get delivered because of backorder, no bigggie. They have been out 3 times to work on it. The last time the replaced the computer (which cost more than I paid for the washer) because I was using delayed start and if when start when I told it to but at the end of the wash it would start washing the clothes all over again. really nice washer - if installed right

We bought this machine after extensive research, including reading all of the reviews. The washer has an attractive design and it is apparent from looking it over that it's well made. The primary negative reviews we saw involved some shaking during spinning. After our delivery guys left, we noticed that our new machine shook a little when spinning, and then the Vibration Reduction Technology took over for a smoother spin. Fabulous Buy on Fantastic Products!!

Nowadays, considering the price of clothing, bedding, curtains, all the way down to small area rugs; I wanted and needed a washer and dryer suitable for gently sanitizing and cleaning my clothing and all my household linens without destroying them in the process. This beautiful Samsung Washer and Dryer combination does just that!! I'm looking forward to many more years of continued cleaning using my new Samsung washer and dryer!!

Worst appliance ever bought

The three stars are for Lowes, they located my 8 year old front loader on an appliance disposal trailer and brought it back to me for no charge. My old machine was getting a little loud and decided to replace it. It was in my home for less than 24hours and would not spin out the clothes. Great Washer

Our previous washer bit the dust and we needed to replace. This one was a great upgrade from what we had. Saved a ton of money with Lowes discounts and rebates from energy company. Great ratings all around on CR and from other Lowes customers. Easy to install and operate. The best feature so far is that ability to take the soap dispenser compartments out and clean them. Gets the job done

My girlfriend loves it... she said it has many different features that benefits her for washing not just clothing but bedding and among other things and she also said she really like the "steam" feature that saves her trips to the dry cleaner
