Works great, and sings to me.

Our washer has been great--no problems, very easy to use, and worth the money. We had to move recently, and used furnished apartments with their washer and dryer--no comparison at all! Our washer leaves them in the dust!! Awesome. Only change--make the music that it sings to you configurable by the consumer! I would love to have a fun song come on to tell me to change the load of clothes!

Like many others who wrote reviews, i researched and read almost all of the reviews on this particular Samsung, and on many other brands. I VERY seldom write reviews but feel the need to do so in this case. I was on the fence with this purchase longer than I care to admit. And the more reviews I read the longer it took me to make a decision. I love my Samsung washer. It has never given me one problem and I have had it for a while now. I would diff. recommend this washer to anyone.

I LOVE this washer

This is the best washer I have ever owned. I've owned many of them, but this is by far the best ever! It cleans clothes better than any washer, it doesn't damage clothing, and it does it all with little time or water used. Perfect!!

Quiet washer

I've had my washer for two years with no problems at all. I find that I will sometimes check on loads of clothes as the machine is impossibly quiet.

Worst Machine - Stay away from it!

We had a front load Maytag for 20 years with NO problems but unfortunately we left it behind when I sold my house. Bought machine in late 2010 and this machine worked decently (nothing to brag about) for approximately a few months and then problems began. The wash cycle would take hours (once ran for 5 hours) to complete or would never complete as it would stay on a time for over an hour, so we would shut it off and start over. Front loader

Love the look and design of this red beauty. Does a nice job, and can hold alot. Cut down on the number of loads we were doing. Features are plenty. Had a couple of small problems with a leak. The 1st company that came out did not know what they were doing, we thought the drain ws clogged, they thought it was the seal. Nope! the 2nd company that came out took care of the clogged drain, and knock wood, no other issues.

Works fine, cleans well with less water, runs quietly. Takes longer to cycle and "walks" sometimes when spinning.

IT WASHES WELL AND IT IS ALSO GOOD FOR INDUSTRIAL USE.

THIS IS THE WORST WASHING MACHINE EVER? I purchased this washer a year ago. We have to run every cycle on Heavy Duty with Extra Rinse just to get the clothes wet. We are now using a chemical that kills mildew because all of our clothes and towels smell. We NEVER leave them sitting in the washer wet; however, they stink. My old top loading washer was 100 times better. As soon as I have the money, that is what we will get again. DO NOT PURCHASE!!!! RUN!!!

Nice for Price

We trashed a fairly new Whirlpool that required several maintenance episodes due to the POOR support by Whirlpool AKA Maytag. Washer was an easy install, does a good job at cleaning and was a good value for the price. Only Con: Drain hose is built in and a little short, be prepared to either lower your drain pipe some or add to the drain hose, which is a standard size.

Great features

This washer is simple to use and the custom settings are helpful. Decent value as I purchased this on sale. Cleans thoroughly. Only negative thusfar is the filter is difficult to clean w/o getting water all over.

we purchased this washer in the last of November and it quit the last of December. Called Samsung for service and found no repair service in area. also purchased extended warranty for nothing!

EXCELLENT BUY

When my old Maytag gave out I did not want to buy an American washer because they are all Whirlpool now no matter what the label says. I had purchased a Samsung refrigerator and was very happy with it so decided to give the washer a try. Love it. I am a fan of a stainless tub and this one was reasonable priced. I have had this washer for about 6 months now and I am VERY pleased with the value, performance, and efficiency! It seems like some people are concerned that the washer doesn't fill up with enough water. We bought our washer and dryer on Black Friday and it was just delivered today and I absolutely LOVE the way this washer runs and cleans. It is super quiet and cleans my clothes very well. I also really like how it counts down the time to when the load is finished. Definitely the right washer for me!
