Great features

I have really enjoyed using the washer. I purchased the dryer also but was not able to register due to inaccurate number on the appliance. I have stacked them and have no problem with the spin cycle on high.

Great value with important features

I bought this washer with the matching dryer and the bases. I have been very happy with the features and performance of this unit. It is quiet and uses about half the water my old washer used. The only thing I would change is the design of the bleach receptacle. It should be redone to allow for easier filling. I have to use a funnel or take a chance on spilling bleach down the front of the machine. The soap and softener receptacles are great.

A great buy!

This washer is easy to use and also washes the clothes wonderfully! I thought we also needed a dryer but this washer spins the clothes so well they dry in 1/2 the time. Now we will not only save on water we will save on electric from using the dryer for less time. :) Easy to use you can also pause the cycle if you forget to put something in the wash. So far very great!

Good Buy

I have owned this washer for almost a year now and I love it. It washes so much better than my 5 yr old non high-efficiency that I got rid of. It also has helped a little on the utility bills. I would definetly recommend this to anyone in the market for a new washer.

Looks Nice, But Far Far From Impressed

Washers and dryers these days match up to the economy, overpriced and undermade. This HE front load washer washes clothes just as good as my old washer did that was dated in the early 90's I picked up for $80 bucks, so if you are buying this thinking your clothes are going to get cleaner...think again! It barely spins enough to "rub" the fabric against each other, whereas the old good, but now "cheap" washers have the agitator and thats what pulls the clothes in and under, with the front loader ...

Our previous dryer went out on us after 8 years so we decided to get a HE washer and dryer. After researching the mess out of washers, this one had the most positive responses for the price. I was a little concerned about some of the negative comments, but after researching "HOW" to operate the washer correctly, it seems like it's mostly just user errors. Great washer!

This is our first front loading machine and I am impressed at how efficient and quiet it is. Clothes come out cleaner than before and it uses very little water - great when you have a well. I researched all the washers on the market before buying this one and I am very satisfied. Only wish it had a heater but my hot water is very hot to begin with.

Love this product, it is one of the easiest washers to operate that i have owned. So far i hvae no complaints about this product.

Great washer at great price.

We are very pleased with the simple and straight forward features of this machine. The permanant press cycle is great, our clothes come out untwisted and ready for the dryer. The VRT feature is really good, very little noise or vibration. Very pleased with our selection.

Pretty awesome washer

This washer is so quiet it's nice to be able to hear my TV now. Washes clothes quickly and quietly with no soapy film on my clothes!

This washer is great uses less water then normal just remember to take out the shipping bolts if you pick it up from the store or else it will walk all over the floor also make sure you level the unit too.

Great Washer!

This was the 4th machine we've purchased in 2 years. The 1st was a Roper that lasted 16 months. Lowes was really good about this and gave us a $100 credit on the next machine which was a top loading GE Profile. The GE made horrible squeaking, screaming noises that prompted our dogs to bark and whine. Seriously bad noise, think screaming puppies. Again Lowes was good and brought a replacement. The new GE was scratched so we opted to try to live with screaming puppies. Fast forward to recently and...

Love it, love it, love it!!!!!

I bought this washer and matchiing dryer in December 2011. I love it. I live completly off the grid and make my own power. This unit uses very little electricity and water. It knows how much water to use based on the amount of clothes you put in it. It only uses 15 gallons for the full cycle when full to the brim. Washes very good and is very quiet. I forget sometimes it is running because it is so quiet. I have never had such a good washer. We bought the kit to stack the dryer on the washer and...

Avoid this Product

While this product does a good job cleaning clothes, it has a very annoying clacking noise that lasts for about 10-15 seconds at the beginning of each spin cycle. Our product is less than 4 months old and under warranty. We called Samsung who gave us the name of a local repair person. He came and tested the washer, heard the noise we heard, and told us that was normal and a part of the drum balancing itself. Seriously?
