It's smaller then I though but works fine. The bars printed in the level are a little farther apart then the bubble inside so you have to eyeball a little that it's actually level. Works good for hanging pictures.

Disappointed

The laser started plenty bright to see well over 20ft in the evening with the lights not too bright though fine for seeing what I am doing. However it doesn’t last. After about 20 minuets it was visibly dimming, which is the first major con- short battery life. The second con is the batteries are three small buttons- a style I don’t keep around the house. Does the job

I was excited to buy this product. After buying it and using it for hanging all my wall decor in my new house; I found out that it really doesn't stick to the wall that well. It took me for ever just to get one thing up at a time. Since it doesn't stick that well to the wall the laser doesn't go far. Another thing was that batteries died fast.

You get what you pay for.

My husband purchased this for me to do my gallery wall. I needed evenly spaced and straight lines across my wall. First of all, the laser is hardly visible with my ceiling light on. Second, the battery died after two hours of use. The only thing I appreciated was not having to stab my walls 100 times. The sticky talk was the best part about the whole level.

Works okay, batteries dead in 45 min

This laser level is great size and stuck to the wall wonderfully; however, died after 45 min of use. This wouldn't usually be a problem but the batteries are the most unusual size and require 3. Also, do not count on a 15 foot line, at most 4 feet. Overall, would not recommend.

No more than 5 feet in the dark.

This item was a joke. Couldn't see the line beyond 5 feet away and best in low light. Could barely see it in day light.

Get what you pay for

Well it is a two person tool. The putty doesn't hold in place so I had to get someone to hold it while I made marks... It is ok for a novice but for a professional job, I would not recommend... buy an expensive one...

Good product if the sticky clay adheres

The laser pointer worked great. We did have a problem keeping it pointing straight however,as the "sticky clay substance they use did not keep it steady on a vertical wall,while we were making a horizontal line.

Essential tool for the home

Great price for those smaller jobs when you don't need a heavy duty professional tool. Great housewarming gift for new home owners!

Very nice, hand-held laser level

I love this level. I had a bigger, bulkier one before that did fine, but was harder to handle. This one is a keeper.

Good for the money

Pros. It works as it should. Small to fit in tight spaces. Cons. It attaches to the wall with Adhesive putty. It comes with about 3" of the putty. The problem is what do you do to attach it after it is used up or drys out?

Great and inexpensive tool for ensuring a perfectly straight start line for wood floors.

Easy sanity saver.

Used this to rehang a series of pictures over the bed that I had previously attempted to do with just a tape measure and a level, resulting in a crooked mess! HUGE improvement, actually have them all at the same height now. Used it a few more times to hang curtains. Easy to use and comes with a protractor for tile work and sticky tack for holding it to the wall. I used my own Locktite tack just because I use it for everything. Only use in caves of pitch dark

This product is a waste of money, I will be returning it. I bought it primarily to hang curtains in a home I had just moved into, You cannot see the laser in the daytime! I tried again later that night and still unable to see the laser! Useless except for the level.
