This is very small but I have used it many times in a short period. Mostly for hanging pictures. Can be used horizontally or vertically. Even for a straight line on paper projects.

1 major flaw
Would Not RecommendThis could be a fantastic level for indoor home use, however the batteries will last a max of 45 mins. 3 watch (button type) batteries required. Why would anyone design such a poor system. A USB port and a rechargeable lithium ion battery would be perfect. Laser very dim, need a dark room. Please raise the price $20.00 and fix the battery issue and make it brighter.

Confusing instructions and finicky adhesion
Would RecommendThe instructions are in the box were not very specific. I bought it instead of a level because I thought it would give me more options and it was at a good price point. You have to put the level on the wall just right in order for the laser to extend, otherwise it just goes about 18 inches. It worked in a pinch though.

Laser is very weak
Would Not RecommendThe manual is useless. It just hits the basic on/off and change batteries. the laser its self is fine in low light but not bright enough for daytime outdoors. I'd say spend a little more and get a better one.
