Would RecommendMy wife and I wanted to update our countertops as reasonable as possible, this seemed like something we wanted to try. We added a glitter to have a little gleam on the surface and it worked out. Wish the coating came with the glitter in it as we were not sure if it would work. It does look better than before.

Would Not RecommendI used this product’s instructions down to the letter. Within days, the paint began to chip. I put a crockpot (on low heat) on my counter and it left a large discolored area. I spilled juice and it soaked in and now I have a red stain. If the counter is damp, and you put a newspaper or magazine on it, the print transfers onto the counter. It’s the worst product I’ve ever used. I really didn’t want to replace my kitchen counters. Now I have no choice. Do not buy!

Would RecommendEasy to use. Give extra drying time to harden completely. Put on two coats on with a light hand to avoid “puddles”. Use foam roller so there are no pieces of “fluff” left behind in wet surface.

Would RecommendI recommend letting each coat dry 24 hr per coat. Mine looked so great till I put a cup on it I used 3 coats and I truly believe that if I would have waited 24 hr per coat it would have been fine. I plan on sanding it down and painting it again and reminding myself that it’s not heat proof

Would RecommendI am a licensed finish contractor that renos trailers often. The choice to replace a countertop is pricy, but the product saves the day and the finish is great looking and hard. It is able to be tinted to match any interior and that is a plus.
