What Customers Are Saying
The product has received mixed reviews. Some found it easy to apply, durable, and effective at restoring the appearance of their decks. However, many reported issues with application, coverage, color consistency, and durability, with the product failing within a year even when used as directed. The consensus seems to be that this is a problematic product that does not live up to its claims.

Would RecommendI used this on my concrete porch, amazing! Pros: easy to use and totally covered up cracks and imperfections (like where my heavy plants had been and the water had worn the concrete away) Cons: needed twice the amount. (Even though I had to go back and get second can--still worth the money) Make sure you cover your walls or surrounding areas because this stuff splatters, no matter how slow you go.

Good Product
Would RecommendMake sure when you purchase this item that you have the people at the paint counter shake it in the mixer twice! This stuff is super thick and it needs mixed by the people at the paint counter!

Worse product on the "deck" market!
Would Not RecommendDon't waste your money. The product claims it covers an allotted amount according to the size of your deck, it doesn't! I have a standard, small townhouse deck it took two gallons and it still has patchy areas that need to be re-painted. The product is thick, as thick as cake batter. Goes on thick and spreads terribly. It looks like a stucco ceiling. It really looks awful! Now I have to buy a different product in hopes it will cover this awful stuff!

Did not last as advertised
Would Not RecommendI tried this product on an outdoor wooden staircase and it seemed to hold well after a year, so I took my entire deck floor apart, cleaned and sanded the boards, then painted with Restore. After much effort and cost, after less than a year, there are several places on the deck floor that are pealing. I would not recommend this product to anyone. I also used the stain for the railings and it is pealing as well.

Pretty good product.
Would RecommendDon't know how durable it is - but it goes on easily and looks good. Hides quite a bit of imperfection.

looks nice, durable
Would Not RecommendAlthough the project looks nice when finished, it doesn't cover as much area as stated on the can. I used the roller that is suggested. But because the roller is porous, it splatters, and doesn't carry much paint. A little difficult to roll, due to the paint being so thick. You do have to go slow when rolling. Yes, it does fill in cracks and holes in the wood. Cleans up very easily with water. As far as using it again for another deck, most likely not, would rather just use a, not so thick, pain...

Worked Great
Would RecommendSo far so good.. We used this instead of marine paint on deck of our boat. Very durably, if can hold up under these conditions it should easily hold up on drier conditions being used on a deck or patio.

Good Product!
Would RecommendThe company came up with a great product. My wife and I will not slip on our deck anymore when wet or have snow on it. Am getting to old to take a fall.

Looks Good
Would RecommendTried it on some outdoor stairs a week ago and they look good. The wood stairs were about 8 years old and were cracked and weathered. I applied according to the recommendations, first cleaing the stairs and then applying 2 coats. You get the coating color tinted like any other custom paint. The coating covered all the cracks and provided a good non slip finish. Each gallon only covers 50 square feet and you do need 2 coats. I used the mesh roller designed for this coating which gave the rough lo...

Worst purchase ever
Would Not RecommendExtremely expansive and hard to apply, and I can see this will not last. $450 later.

Good for concrete
Would RecommendLooks to be a good product for our concrete patio. We tried a gallon on our steps and it looks good and covered well with two coats. Time will tell about durability. Plan is to coat our whole patio.

Not recommended
Would Not RecommendThis product was too thick. Could not roll it on, i had to use a brush on my knees to apply it. Yes it filled in the cracks but not worth 6 hrs it took to apply it. I just applied it to the flooring not the rails or spindals. The sand mixed in with the stain did not spread evenly, it clumped in spots and when i tried to even it out, it made a big mess. After 2 days of drying it started to peel off in some spots with just a garden hose. I would not buy this product again....one gal only covered 2...

Great Product if used as directed
Would RecommendApplied this product last summer to a wood deck. After going though one of the worst winters ever in Cleveland, OH. I have to say I am more than happy with the result. I'm unsure why others had issues. For 2 coats I has to use about 6 gallons on a 30 X 15 deck. After a year the only peeling, or wearing was on an area where I tried to get away with one coat. Winter had multiple 12in. snowfalls I cleared with shovel, finish was not disturbed. True it does take a lot of product to cover an area, bu...
