I purchased Restore 10X although I read many unfavorable reviews, thinking that my project was small and it was worth a try. I wanted to restore pressure treated steps leading from my sun-room to the patio. After applying two coats of the very thick paint, it looks terrible. A Great Product

This product was used on a cement surface which had been neglected. It had stains and imperfections. This surface was cleaned and bleached first. Then RESTORE was applied. What a 100% difference. It went on easily and evenly, and defects were filled in. One point of importance, be sure to change the special roller as needed or the surface will not keep its "rough" texture. It is what they advertise

When you look at a product's "ease of use" you have to consider what you are working with. The textured nature and it's crack filling abilities make this a very thick product. I would not plan on using stiring paddles to mix this product, I used a power drill and mixer attachment. Watch the video on application and when you wash up DO NOT run this down the drain. Hard work

I was putting this on a 12ft by 12ft dock with a walkway it took two gallons and I did not get all the cracks filled. This product looks like cake batter with sand in it. I used two different types of rollers this stuff is so thick the color wasn't even mixed in even after shaking in the store and stirring by me. color issue

The colors in the store and in the brochure do not match the color in the can ...we spent 25+dollars and it is to light. True it up so we are not wasting time and money!

Waste of Money

Their are no pros to this product, put on last fall and it did not last through the winter. I just took all the flooring on my deck and replace it with new boards, because of the Restore. Don't waste your money

Restore 10X deck and surface paint

Put product on, covered as advertised, let dry all day and didn't walk on until next day, was completely dry. Scuffed my tennis shoe lightly on surface, took paint right off my wife came out and with her hand removed chunks of material,then walked all over the deck scuffing the paint completely off at will. This is a horrible product that I wasted my money for nothing. I took my pressure washer and removed all of the paint, no problem. Keep your money and buy a different product.

DON'T BUY THIS

I used a Rustoleum product to refinish my kitchen and bathroom cabinets, worked beautifully. I figured I'd give the Restore 10X a chance on my deck. BIG MISTAKE. It is the hardest and messiest paint or stain product I've ever used. I did about 20 sq feet and threw the rest away and that 20 feet took three times as long as a normal stain would have. If you are fool hearty enough to try this product, make sure anything you don't want in the 10X is covered because this splatters all over the place ...

I read the reviews and took a chance. What a horrible waste of money, a week later and it is already starting to come up in spots. Looked good for about a week then we started noticing spots ... I can only imagine what ti will look like by the end of summer. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. Regular deck paint would last longer.

This paint made my deck very rough and it looks horrible.

Tough stuff

This works good and looks nice. It is very hard to put on cement. We had to cut with water twice or it would have only covered a small area .

Did the job.

I have a playset with a wooden climbing wall that I made. This was ideal to repair the weathering that has occurred over the last couple of years.

Worst product ever

This is by far the absolute worse product I ever used. It was like spreading tar. The roller recommended for use with this product, splattered paint with every push. Never again.

Don't buy

We bought this product to paint our front porch. It's very hard to apply and the coverage is poor. The deck looks like it has sand in it therefore causing the product to look splotchy. This is the worse product we've ever used. Not sure how we will get this off of our porch. I wish I'd read the reviews before buying.
