Loved it till it stopped keeping a charge

Would Not Recommend

Had this remote since it first came out. I really loved it, but now it won’t hold a charge for anything. Better to have the old one with replaceable batteries. So much for being eco friendly.

Love this Remote!!

I have a TCL Roku TV & this remote works perfectly with my tv. You can push the pairing button on the back of the remote or go into Roku settings on your tv. I have used every option this remote has to offer & they all work great! I am that person that loses the remote in the bed more times than I care to admit lol, but the find feature has saved me a lot of frustration! I also use the voice feature to search for everything, access settings, etc.... works great!

No pairing to TV instructions

Roku Voice Remote Pro has no instruction on how to paired to my Insignia Roku TV. The remote that came with the TV stopped working (I did changed the batteries). Only found instructions to pair the voice but to pair to TV. Planning on returning this confusing and useless remote.

Constantly Disconnects

I regret this purchase. It constantly disconnects from the player. Sometimes holding the button on the back works after holding it for 10 seconds or so.

I really like this but my main problem with it is that the charger isn't usb type C because I had to go search around my house for a micro USB but I couldn't find any so I had to go to the store. Otherwise it's great just the charging port is my problem.

OK Features

I bought this so I could use headphones. That functionality works well, and so do all the other standard functions. However, it uses a legacy micro-USB connector! Using the connector is an oversight for something released not that long ago. I'm trying to get rid of devices that don't use USB-C, and this doesn't help achieve that. The other thing that I hadn't considered is waiting for it to charge. Unlike, a regular Roku I can't swap batteries and get right back to using it.

Remote finder prone it issues, doesn't use USB-C

I've owned 2 of these and I'm happy with the one I have, but the other I had to throw out because the remote finder would not turn off. I tried resetting the Roku, unpairing it, etc. Nothing would prevent it from constantly playing the remote finder. Also, I don't like that it's use old USB connections. About battery can't charge it

Ok some people say they can't charge it anymore just plug it in then you hold down the pairing button. Or if that don't work push the pairing button like 10 times then hold down it will reset the remote and your remote will charge. Happened to me played with it had no problems after that. Hope this helps ☺☺☺

I loved this remote for about two years, but then it stopped holding the charge. It stopped working but the green indicator light was on. I pressed it, held the press, pressed three times...every possible option. Now it's just blinking. I use the app in my phone now. But there's ** NO RESET button and no batteries to remove.
