Would Not RecommendI absolutely love the features! However, the battery 🔋 status constantly pops up in the corner of the screen. Only then will the remote work. It's fully charged and there's nothing obstructing my Roku device. Suggestions?

Backlit buttons
Would RecommendWhy does it have a backlit feature 🤔 it has everything else it would be amazing if it did! I love the roku but I hate when I press the wrong button n it takes me to another app, ooo what's up with not being able to install 3rd party apps, the fire stick let's u install 3rd party apps! Charging cable won't stay connected
Would Not RecommendThis is a great remote…when I'm able to charge it. From the start the charging cord that came with it wouldn’t stay connected and 10 months after purchase none of the charging cords I have will stay connected, so I can’t use the remote. I’m very disappointed. A loyal and long-term customer.

Works great after help from customer support
Would RecommendAlthough initially I was unable to pair this Roku Voice Remote Pro with my Roku Ultra device, by contacting the customer support service I received instructions which I was eventually able to carry out successfully. Since then the Remote has performed perfectly for over a month. In spite of the difficulties at the beginning, I am quite pleased wth the purchase, and with the customer support.

Would RecommendLOVE this remote! Super easy to set up. Either the remote or the TV jumps in and helps you along. You don't even need the 2 personal shortcut buttons, all you got to do is say "hey Roku put on sling" and it does it! You can ask it what time it is or ask it to find comedies or even find your remote! Which I haven't tried yet. I love you can plug in an ear phone jack and listen privately. It works great, and I highly recommend it.

Battery died, Roku couldn't help
Would Not RecommendBought the remote less than a year ago and all of a sudden it stopped working. Love that it was rechargeable and even though we had to charge the remote several times (Replaceable batteries would've easily lasted longer), it's better than throwing batteries into e-waste. Only problem is that we now have to throw the rechargeable battery away (or the whole remote), cause it's dead. Apparently there's no warranty on the remotes, even though it's been less than a year. Would Not RecommendAfter two years the remote no longer accepts a charge. After charging all night, trying various chargers and cables, the battery level is 68%. Another annoyance is this device complains constantly if you turn off the "hands free" setting.

The volume and mute buttons work sporadically, which is quite annoying! If I tap (hard) the left side of the remote against my hand, that will often help. However, “bruising” my hand hardly seems like a satisfactory solution!!!!!

Must Have :-(
Unfortunately. It works no better than the battery powered version. It does seem to hold a charge pretty well so I like not constantly changing batteries. I call it a must have since when either is jumping around the screen or simply won’t work, we now have a second one to pick up. Usually one of them is working properly - until it’s not.
