Would RecommendI bought this voice remote about a year ago and it's still working great. It paired easily with my Roku TV and I've never had any issue with it. The headphone jack was the reason I bought it, but the remote finder feature is probably what I use most.

Would Recommendi have a surround sound system, that you have to mute the TV for it to work, or the combined receiver, and TV sound mess up the sound. the problem is the mute button is right where you hold the remote, and i keep hitting the button, and mess up the sound. i wish i could shield that button so it wouldn't happen. but haven't figured that out yet.

I have bought 2 of these. They are great when you first get them but after about a month they start being a problem to charge. The charging cord will not stay connected. You have to actually get it just right and hold it in to charge the remote. I thought I just got a bad one the first time so I bought another one to go with my new Roku tv. Great remote except NO USB-C
Would Not RecommendThis remote is great. It did everything I needed. However, it uses Micro-USB for the charging port so I returned it. I definitely will purchase this again when they switch to usb-c. If having to use an obsolete cable to charge this remote isn't a problem for you, you should buy this. I think you'll be happy with it

Loved it for 10 Minutes
Would Not RecommendWas excited to setup my new Remote. Loved all the Options, UNTIL I constantly kept hitting the Mute button located below the Volume Up and Down controls. This was extremely irritating. So much so that I swapped it for a seldom used remote from my bedroom roku. Obviously the Remote designer NEVER used it in real life.

Would RecommendVoice control! A headphone jack for private listening! A rechargeable battery! PROGRAMMABLE SHORTCUT BUTTONS!! This is a galactic step up from the basic remotes on our other Roku devices, and it pairs well with our Plus series TV. That being said, there is still room to improve. POOR SOUND quality using ear buds/headphones
Would Not RecommendWhile listening with ear buds or headphones plugged in, I constantly hear a hiss, static, white noise or all three!! It does not matter if it is plugged in charging or not, I still hear it and hear it over the broadcast. This is THE WORST thing ever. My battery remote with ear bud jack never ever ever had this issue. Poor quality, I do not recommend and will never buy another rechargeable headphone jack capable remote from Roku, ever.

Pretty decent remote
Would RecommendI purchased this remote in August of this year and while I enjoy the functionality of the remote, the volume button is giving a bit of an issue. When i press the button to turn the volume up or down, nothing will happen. I am not sure if this issue has happened to other people or just myself. However, even after I repair my remote, I still have the same problem. Otherwise, the remote works well and I live that I can connect my headphones to it.

Only works if plugged into outlet
Do not buy this product. I bought into the concept of recharging to help save the environment by not using batteries. As it first started to go, it would just randomly blink "4% battery life" left about every 3 minutes on my tv screen. After 2 full days of charging, the problem continued. Now it stopped working unless it's plugged into the wall. Pure garbage, save your money.

Battery Starting to Fail
Would RecommendI’m not sure how long we have had this remote now, but the rechargeable battery is starting to fail. We have to charge it almost every other day now! I love this remote though, so I will likely buy another. I do not recommend getting this for a child’s tv though because my son broke the prong in the charging port for his so I went back to a regular battery remote for his TV.

Why did you create this without USBC?
For charging micro usb is the worst port as it’s very prone to failure in a short time. Please reengineer this and replace the charging port. I got a micro to c adapter for now on mine but this is insane that in this day and age anyone uses micro usb. STOP IT

Would Not RecommendI purchased the 4K streaming stick which came with this remote. Six months later the remote won't hold a charge. Even when it has a charge, it now won't pair with the streaming stick. Going back to the battery powered model!
