WHY IS ROKU USING AN OLD FASHION USB MICRO CONNECT

Great remote, but it would be better to have the more modern USB C type connection rather than the antiquated USB micro connection. That way you could use a magnetic USB C adapter to charge and easily disconnect when usin the remote.

I love Roku products and am usually very satisfied except for this remote. It worked for about 2 1/2 months then the battery stopped keeping a charge. It still works as long as I have it plugged into power. My other older remotes are still operating perfectly although the return policy is only 30 days.I’m going to buy another to replace this one. 5-STARS over all.

I brought the Roku Pro player from Roku four months. The volume controls have stopped working. The head phone jack also doesn't work when ear buds are plugged in. Of course my purchase is now out of warranty so I will have to pay for a replacement myself. Design wise the volume controls are too small and should be located on top of the remote. Worked great when first purcahsed

Love the "find my remote" ability

I've had this a few months now and everything works great. The find my remote part is amazing and every remote in the world should do this. I agree with everyone else that the 4 preset buttons should be changeable. I use 3 of my 4 but would love to pick what I want them for not be assigned. If I could have Disney+, hbomax, Netflix and Hulu this would be the perfect remote but I have appletv as one and I don't use apple TV so its a useless button. Other than that I love this remote! Cannot choose buttons for services one uses

While the 2 configurable buttons are nice, one effectively ends up with a bunch of useless advertising on the remote since you can't choose which group of preset buttons are on the device. They need to at least allow a choice of groups, if not offering a more expensive version that allows one to select which buttons are on it.
