Thik & soft

Strong , very comfortable soft but so so soft , tissue that do not give you any rashes. Extremely good on the nose for those with cold and have sensitive skin

Super! Special for any occasion and convenient for any type of company. A superb compliment for any company or special occasions!

Over the past year or so I have noticed that this product has declined in quality. It actually feels like sandpaper on my nose.

Significant product decline

After decades of loyalty, we're sadly having to switch brands.. The quality has dropped—the product is thinner, rougher, and now irritates our skin. We would have gladly paid more for the original quality, but these are now no better than cheaper competitors. It is truly a shame to see such a great product deteriorate.

Product okay, packaging weird

While I love the tissues, can't get beyond the packaging with people on it -- don't want a bunch of people on my tissue box, would rather have solid color or mild geometric. For this reason I buy other brands.

Terrible

The multi pack I bought was a dud. Can’t get the tissues out. They all tear and don’t come out like suppose to. Can’t get them started. I’ve never had this problem before and this is the brand I always buy. Can something be done ?

No lotion!

I used to love these. However, recently I noticed a change in quality. I can no longer feel the lotion. These have left my nose red and painful during a cold. No longer recommend. Terrible product!

My nose is scared of these tissues!

My nose is scared of these tissues! They are not soft. Left me red with sores on my nose and upper lip. They are not soft, no lotion to be felt. A waste of money and now I’m left feeling worse. I gave this brand a lot of chances. Now I’m going generic.

Not as good as it use to

the last two times I’ve purchased this item and the tissue is not as smooth as it use to. It s more rough and it also does not feel like there is another lotion. I hope this company makes it as good as it use to. I do not recommend until further improve.

A go to during cold season!

The lightweight and durable box make taking these soft, and fluffy tissues a breeze on the go. They are thick enough that your finger doesn’t rip through but so soft on your nose even after hours of blowing.

This box is terrible!

Your square box needs redesigned!The first few tissues is impossible to get without tearing up the tissues! You need to go back to the rectangle box and put more tissues in the box! Then you need to fire whoever designed this square box!Have any of you big wheels ever tried to open and dispense tissues 1 at A time? Maybe you should try!

Hydrating, high quality

These tissues are the best when you’re sick. The lotion on them really hydrates your skin when everything is really dry. The are high quality and don’t rip easy.

The best tissues on the market

I have been using these for years. I am so glad I discovered them because they are a lifesaver for when you are so sick that you are going through 1-2 boxes a day. The reason being is that your nose doesn’t get all red and raw from blowing/wiping it all day like it does with other tissue types. There is no scent, so it is fine for scent sensitive people like me. They are a nice thickness. The past few years, I have gotten sick a ton and these tissues have consistently held up. Quality declining

I’ve been buying Puffs Plus Lotion for almost 30 years. The quality was great. They were the only tissues that caught all my snot and didn’t shred the delicate skin around my nose. Not this year! The past three 6-packs of tissues I bought have torn my nose up! You guys are putting less lotion and using inferior paper to create the tissues. I’m so tired of companies downgrading their products.

Soft But More Lint

Have used this product faithfully for too many years to count but lately the cube boxes have had many tissues that are covered in large pieces of lint. These large pieces of lint then fall all over the place when you pull one out to use. These lint pieces also cling to your face as well as your nose when using which at times may be accidentally inhaled.

Kleenex consistently turns out a quality product.

Our favorite tissue because it's soft but not gooey feeling like some other types.
