PRIMO, We love It!
Would RecommendI have another Primo machine, prior to purchasing the new PRIMO Machine in March 2024. This Promo machine still have the 5 gllon placed at the bottom of the mchine with close and compartments that collcts spill water. Additionally, there are three butons now; Hot (red button), Cold (green button) and last Tempered (clear button) room temperature. Not even 2 months and a week in and it's defected
Would Not RecommendThis is a classic case of "they don't make them like they used" it's unbelievable!! We bought our first primo cooler in March of 2015. It took until December of 2023 for it to start having problems with water pumping. We bought this on December 27th. It's March 2nd and the cold water does not work anymore. In fact all 3 temperatures are giving warm to hot water, not even the room temperature is keeping it at that. Very dissapointing!!!

Our cooler recently started giving us trouble. When you push the button, whether it be the hot,cold,or colder, the water is not coming out anymore. We have shut it off and unplugged it multiple times and after plugging it back in it worked for a day and then did the same thing all over again. I don't understand what's going on.
