Would Not RecommendThis Stainless Steel Bottom-loading cold and hot water cooler is not as good as I spected. It only worked for me exacly 13 moths, It doesn't heat up the water when you have 1/4 of the 5 Gal. and it comes out also cold water when you use the regular. If you buy the protection plan you have to file a claim in order to get you $$ back.

Would RecommendThis is the second water dispenser we have bought from Lowe's. First one we had to replace as it was about 8yrs old and the heating element stopped working. Got this one after that and it has been working great!

Would RecommendThis well-researched water cooler WAS to have been a welcome addition to our kitchen. It was stolen from the back of my truck by disrespectful morons...along with other items. Very sad affairs.

Design flaw
Plastic pin that holds the top corner of the door on was broken when we opened the package. Not worth the hassle of taking it back, but will have to find some way to fix the problem.
