Would RecommendI just bought this for my home because I love the one at work. I like the instant hot water and the jug loading at the bottom. The one at work has lasted for years, so I bought the same one for my house. So far, so good.

Not happy with the way Lowe's handle the situation
Would Not RecommendPrimo water dispenser came on time but was cracked apart on the bottom. I calladd Lowe's to get a replacement and supposedly everything went smoothly. It was supposed to come on the 5th of December and the 5th of December came and went and still no replacement. I call Lowe's 2 × 3 times Everybody went around and around.
