damaged item twice
Would Not Recommendthis is the second one I'v had to purchase and even had it delivered it was a christmas present very upset first one was damaged so orderd another one to be delivered and it also was damaged how do they keep coming with dents in them. I'v spent more time having to return them that's why I bought and had it delivered hoping there wouldnt be any problems.

Primo water cooler
Would RecommendI have now had it a month now and have not had any problems. It is easy to use and so far has operated flawlessly. No problems with noise cooling. You can shut off hot water until needed if you have children so no harm will come to them.. A lot cheaper than renting from a company.. Bought Lowe extended plan just in case.

Great unit for the price
Would RecommendGood water cooler for the price. It cools and heats really well. Has three buttons; hot, room temp, and cold. The hot is very hot and the cold is very cold. The motor is a little louder than my last unit and the tube doesn't quite go to the bottom so there's about 3 cups of water left when it's done. Other than that it's a solid water cooler.
