Seems to be well made and easy to operate!
Bought this to replace another Hot and Cold Water unit we had for 15 years. We wanted a bottom loading model and researching this one, we found it met our needs. We have had this for a week or so and it seems to be as good as the model we replaced in the operations.

This unit is awesome! We had an older model for many years of super service but retired it and got this one. Performance is equaly superb but the pump is so quiet now, no noise at all!

Reliable, second purchase!
Have Primo for 7 years now with no issues since day one, takes up little space in the kitchen and love the hot water dispensing as well! Daughter just closed on her new home and My wife & I purchased her Primo as her home is on well water, we purchased this for her with confidence it will last her years to come as well! Out the box and disappointed
I was so excited for the quick delivery. I rushed to open the box only to find out that the bottom door doesn't close. When I opened the box and bought some water turned on the hot and cold button only to realize the door will not stay shut. If the door doesn't stay shut then the motor won't operate then no water. It's very frustrating that I have to box it back up and take it return to Lowes.

It rattles when the pump comes on.
It works well for now. We’ve had a few of these water dispensers over the years. They don’t last long. This one rattles and is very noisy. Wishing for better quality at some point, but don’t expect much.
