Lowe’s won’t honor return
Would Not RecommendCold and hot water stopped working and tried to exchange or return it to Lowe’s but the rude manager would not honor neither return or exchange. He basically said it’s not their problem and I would need to deal with Primo. I simply asked then why would Lowe’s sell me something that they would not honor for a return or exchange. He just walked away and not his problem. Stay away from Covina, Lowe’s.

Water is not cold enough for drinking.
Would Not RecommendAfter having a Viva brand water dispenser for 10 years which worked perfectly, it finally gave out and we replaced it with this one since that brand no longer exists. Don't waste your money on Primo brand. The water is not cold enough for drinking and I really don't see the point of the room temperature option. It would be nice to just have hot and cold which would allow larger tanks for the two options you actually need for convenience.

Loud Noise
Would Not RecommendI purchased this machine on June 07th and long & behold it started making this loud noise on Aug 3rd almost two months later . I called Primo customer service for them to tell me & email the same answer pull the tube I the back of the machine & it should work. not!!! So I returned it back to Lowe’s for a full refund . I will never buy another Primo water dispenser. Not worth the headaches!!!!
