Door doesn't stay closed
Would Not RecommendThe product is just OK… I've never had a bottom dispenser before and I like the ease of putting it in. The pump seems to work well too. What I don't like is that the door that goes in front of the water bottle tends to swing open and doesn't lock efffectively. Design flaw with the way that is configured. When we got the first one delivered the side of the dispenser was damaged and shipping so I thought that's why the door didn't shut properly. With this second one it is still an issue.

Noisy cooling
The bottom load is nice, and it doesn’t take up a lot of space, and it’s not super heavy, which make it easy to move around. Very noisy when cooling, and when it shuts off, it needs to be 4” from the wall on each side, which causes it to take up more space
