Would Not RecommendI bought this as a birthday gift for my senior citizen parents. The hot water works fine but the cool/cold only works intermittently. It's almost 90 days since I bought it, I don't know if I can exchange it at Lowe's at this point. I'm not a big return/exchange person but this is warranted!
Love this cooler
Would RecommendIt did take longer to than the website said for it to be delivered to Lowe’s, but blame that on COVID-19. Changing water containers is a snap. Love the 3 different water temperatures. At first the cooler rattled and made loud noise when the compressor turned on but determined it was the tubing against the back of the cooler. No problems now.

Great bottom loading water dispenser
Would RecommendI like how quiet the dispenser is. The top is flat so I can put the teas and sweeteners up there. I also like being able to dispense room temp water- I didn't think there was a point to that, but it's actually useful. I will only use bottom loading dispensers now as I should not lift the bottles (and it always seems to make a mess). The self sanitizing feature is nice also.
