Be ready to correct a leaking dispenser
Would RecommendDispenser arrived today and already I had to repair the thing. The hot water continued to flow without pushing the dispense button. Called customer service and she sent me an email on how to fix the problem which was to remove the top of the thing and move a part back so it would not continue to dispense hot water. You should not have to repair a new dispenser when you receive it! If you purchase this be ready to fix the thing when you get it.

Leaked Everywhere within Minutes of Plugging In
Would Not RecommendAs soon as I plugged this in it began to fill the reservoirs and then proceeded to empy on to my floor. I collected about a gallon of water before unplugging the unit and removing the hose from the water bottle. It continued to drain onto my floor for another 30 minutes until the reservoirs were empty. Great water cooler
Would RecommendNice looking machine. Has a night light so you don’t have to turn on the light when grabbing a late night drink. Hot water choice for making tea or hot chocolate. Love no longer having to pick up the bottles to load from the top. Even has a bright red light to tell you when the bottle is getting low. Very happy with this.
