Would Not RecommendWe bought one a few years ago and had to get it replaced. Thank goodness we bought the warranty. We hoped it was just the one unit that was bad, but here we are only about a year in with the replacement and it’s already stopped working! Very disappointed.

Would RecommendIt’s so easy to put together. The chilled water comes out at a perfect temperature!!! And the best part is that the hot water has a “child lock” system which is perfect since we have a little handsy one at home! Definitely worth the buy!!!

Would RecommendThis unit is compact and nice looking. Pump is very quiet. Hot water is hot enough for coffee or tea but not scalding which is great. Cold water is chilled but won't give you brain freeze. Easy to load and use. We love it.

Would Not RecommendVery disappointed! We have a problem with our well water. After 14 months of bottled water we were ready to get a Primo. We got the “deluxe” bottom loader pictured. Brought it home, had to wait 24 hours before we could set it up according to instructions because of the Freon. Finally set it up according to all instructions. Started leaking everywhere. Troubleshooted and they told me to take it back. They all appear to be beat to heck by Lowe’s and the transporter. Had to pick the...

Clean Water!!!
Would RecommendThe water from my plumbing is filled with calcium and god knows what else. I didn’t trust my refrigerator filter to sufficiently clean the water so I bought this. Love it. Ice cold or hot water at the touch of a lever. It’s quiet. Looks good. Small and doesn’t take up a lot space. Very easy to get refills or new 5 gallon jugs. With a baby on the way I needed a clean water solution and here it is.
