Would RecommendThis is bottom loading machine and it does not require lifting the heavy water bottle in the air to turn over! This was the main reason I purchase it as well as a gift for family members. This gift item was out of state and went like clockwork! I like the machine except it seems to have a energy save feature that does not run all the time and the water is not constantly cooled. I use ice so the issue is not a big problem except when I get a small glass full of water.

Broken when i unboxed it. Customer service was excellant at Primo. Had a replacment in the mail next day and delivered 8 days later. Hot water is just right for tea and coffee. Cooler is quiet and works well. Suggest anchoring to floor if pets or children are around

New Water Dispenser
Would RecommendJust got this new water cooler 2 weeks ago. Works fine. The hot and cold spouts are close to the edges so getting my water bottle under the cold side is not quite as easy as it should be. But the system works fine. Replaced a different unit that started to leak after only 6 months.

Would RecommendLove the easy bottom loading option. Night light is very useful. Don't use the cold/hot feature 24/7. So love that you can turn on/off those functions as you desire. When needed, the hot water function is very nice since you get steamy hot water within two minutes. Use it to make tea and hot cocoa all the time. Very quiet and low profile.

Beats well water
Would RecommendWorks as expected. Cold water is very cold. Hot water is hot enough to cook ramen. Bottom load is way better than top load. The cooler does a good job of using all of the water as well
