Would RecommendThis was SUPER easy to "install." You basically take it out of the box, plug it in, and you have hot and cold water water in minutes. I also love that I am helping the environment by reducing the need to purchase bottled water. Not to mention, the refillable water gallons are super cheap!

We are on well water and while it’s good it is a little hard. We’ve always had a cooler for drinking water and our coffee maker. I am 75 years old and when it came to lifting a 5 gallon bottle of water, I couldn’t do it. This one the bottle is on the bottom so I can roll it in place! I absolutely love it. We’ve had it for about 6 months with NO problems. It is quiet, hot water for oatmeal, cold to drink! It was easy to set up! I would definitely recommend especially to some of our “seniors”!

Water on demand, but LOUD
Would Not RecommendThis thing runs its compressor nearly 24/7. Our kitchen is beside our living room and it was just obnoxious. I don't understand why it runs what seems like 90% of the day regardless of how often you use it. We've decided to just try to sell it because I can't stand it being in the house any more.

Just what we needed
Would RecommendI have gone through a couple top loaders which developed leaks and made a terrible mess. I got this with the notion gravity would be on my side if and when it wears out. We have been very satisfied with this model. Use is simple, loading is easy and less of a chore. The hot water works great for oatmeal, noodles, cocoa, and various other treats and snacks. I will be getting another for the house soon.

The water bottle easily loads on the bottom and the unit instantly draws water from it to fill the hot and cold reservoirs. Easy to use!
