Do not buy Avalon brand water cooler!
Would Not RecommendUnit broke after 6 months of use and Avalon refused to replace it! We owned for a year but only had it plugged in for 6 months. 3 weeks after 1 year and they refused to fix it. Total piece of Junk!

Not worth the price
Would Not RecommendI find this product not worth our money. We find the motor a bit loud when it's in cooling mode. Also, the water is not as cold as we would like. A temperature control would've been a nice feature.

No more bottle
Would RecommendSo far so good! We buy bottle water so this saved room in the refrigerator and fits right in the corner! It keeps water nice and cool and the hot water is hot enough to make coffee!

Pump Doesn’t Last Long
Would Not RecommendThis is one of the higher end water coolers offered at Lowe’s. Unfortunately, you’ll be lucky to get a year out of it. Either purchase the multi-year protection plan (you will need it), or shop around for a better brand.

No more lifting
Would RecommendWe have wanted a bottom loading water cooler for years. Our top loader was just to much of a hassle to flip the bottle and not get water all over the place. When our top loader finally stopped working, there wasn’t even a question about buying this one. The water is cold and being able To turnt he LED light off also is a nice feature.

Amazing water dispenser
Would RecommendThis was the best purchase made this year. My family loves this and we're saving a ton of money on not buying bottled water which I often find 1/2 empty and then thrown away in the house by the kids. Not only are we saving money, we're not filling the landfill/recycle center with plastic bottles. I like the bottom loading because anyone in the house can reload the cooler without having to flip a 5 gallon jug and spill water. This cooler is worth every penny!

Best Dispenser I've owned
Would RecommendI've had mine for about 7 years with no issues. Ive noticed some people mentioning noise, yes it's true, but found this only happens when the unit is not sitting level, re-adjust and the problem is solved. if and when my unit goes out, I will buy another.

Would Not Recommendmy first primo never made the water very cold over the 2+ years I had it then I upgraded to this one which never made the water very cold but maybe 6 months later doesnt cool the water at all. avoid primo dispensers they just dont work.

Would RecommendBought this @ Lowe’s a few months ago due to bottled waters were flying out of the stores shelfs. It’s ready to use right out of the box. The only thing was that Primo water bottles are not sold @Lowe’s but they sell the Nestle’s bottles, but they worked in the cooler just as well.
