Water taste funny

We are somewhat happy with this water cooler. Easy to assemble, use etc. only problem- water taste funny (like plastic). Is anyone else having this problem?

Bottom-loading Cold and Hot Water Cooler

The cooler was easy to set up and works as advertised. The drip tray is a little too easy to remove accidentally but that is a minor problem.

Awesome Water Dispenser

Love this water dispenser in every way. No assembly needed. Looks and works great! And the bottom water bottle dispensing system is excellent. No more wrestling with heavy water bottles on top of the tank. Highly recommended!!!

Great water cooler. Bottle loads on the bottom !!

No more having to turn a 5-gallon water bottle upside down with all the expected water spills !! This cooler has the bottle upright in the bottom of the unit. WOW! No more lifting the heavy 5-gallon bottle and turning it upside down.

Product is easy to use and enhances overall water drinking frequency by the ease of use.

Loud!

We have had the cooler for less than a year. This cooler is very loud, you can hear the motor when you turn on the cold setting. It drives me crazy. The only time the cooler is quiet, is when all the settings are off. What’s the point of having a cooler, and you can’t use it all the way!

A water cooler without the work

I have a bad back and I wanted a water cooler that I wouldn’t have to flip around a heavy jug onto. This one is awesome. And it produces hot water as well! A great product with great features! It even has a warning light to let you know when your almost empty.

rattle

this is the second one I've purchased from Lowe's and I've experienced the same problem with both. They have an annoying rattle when the cooler is on. It is normally quiet until then, but the casing rattles too much. Sometimes you can stop the rattling by bumping the top with your hand.

Primo Cooler

I bought the Primo Bottom fill cooler and it is great. The water is nice and cold and runs very quiet. A great investment.

after about 40 days unit quit making cold water so I called customer support and after going through some resets they said they would send me a new unit in 7 to ten days.

When our old water cooler gave out, we purchased the newest one from the same manufacturer. It is quiet, convenient, and looks as cool as the water it chills.
