didn't work for me ...

Bought this model in mid December 2018 for office use ... went on the fritz mid-April 2019 ... four months??? I'm thinking the pump is the problem ... or maybe that overheating or hot water issue that someone else posted about. All I know is the thing does not work. I'll try another manufacturer and buy it somewhere else. Don't have time to be messing with water coolers ... was supposed to be a convenience.

Condenser broke after 8 months, but easilyreplaced

I’m giving this 4 stars for now. In general worked great. Condenser can be loud at times but if it got too annoying turning off and then back on a few minutes later. Condenser completely crapped out after 8 months, but was still in one year warranty. Called Lowe’s for protection plan, they sent me to Primo since the warranty was still active and after a quick troubleshooting video they agreed to replace. Replaced our top loader with this! So far it’s perfect. No more eye sore.

Great cooler

I love this cooler. It is nice to have a bottom loading cooler- easier to refill and aesthetically nicer. It has a notification light to notify you when the bottle needs to be exchanged. Only a small amount of water (3oz?) when it senses that it is empty. It is quiet and worth the price. My only negative comment is the first one I bought was severely dented when I brought it home and I had to go through the hassle of returning the old one and finding another store with one available.

Nearly Perfect!

This is a great product. My family and I use it daily and have no complaints. The only reason I give this product 4/5 stars are minor. I would have liked to see an option for the door hinges to be moved on either side. For the drip tray, it would be nice to have an easily removable tray for cleaning. Lastly, the light switch is located in the back. It would be great to have that option on the front. These are all minor features that really don’t warrant removing a full star. However, since ...

Water cooler

Easy to change bottles and leaves very little remaining in empty bottles.

Did great for awhile

Started leaking out the cold water spout after 8 months. Have to get find a new one :(

Great product

This water cooler is the best. Don't have to pick up a heavy water bottle to refill it. Just open bottom door and push the gallon in. No more back problems. The best product. Great for older people who can't pick up these heavy water bottles.

Primo Water Cooler

I had a Primo Water cooler previously and was very pleased with it therefore, I chose a Primo this time around. The bottom loading is very convenient additionally, the hot water feature if great for instant cereals and hot tea. Very pleased.

This water dispenser is great.

This water dispenser is nice and style. It matches my stainless appliances. It's awesome not have the large blue water tank at the top and easier to change now. The hot water locking feature is excellent for safety reasons. I glad I purchased this item.

Plug in and use! Easy!

Water dispenser arrived on time and well packed! Plugged in and loaded water below, started right away and works like a charm!

Great so far

So far so good. Very quiet & no taste added to water. Can’t complain about anything do far.

Pros and cons

Easier than lifting and putting water on a top loader is a pro. Con is that the water doesn’t seem as cold as a top loader. Four stars due to relief on my back!

Very easy to setup and use. Works well with our kitchen setting. Would highly recommend this item to friends and family.

Primo water dispenser works great

Switched from a top load to a bottom load water dispenser. Much quieter and much easier to load. The only draw back so far is that the warning light comes on when water needs changing...doesn't empty the bottle completely. But I just pour the left over amount into a pitcher to put in fridge.
