More than expected

Just started setting the digital shower system up and was pleasantly surprised about how easy it was.

Best valve system

I bought this for our master bath where I put in a 2 shower system. The valve is easy to use, and looks great with no trim to clutter up the beautiful tile work. I love how this regulates the temp, I can turn it on with the app ahead of time and that I can have presets so my shower is unique to my wife’s.

Love this product

I’ve installed 6 of these systems. I finally have one of my own and I love it.

Controller just drops out

I took a shower. When my wife tried to take a shower an hour later, the shower would not turn on from Alexa or the iPad. I restarted by removing power. I did a WiFi reset. I did nothing. This morning I had to forget the controller and start over from scratch. It does work but this isn’t the first time this has happened.

Great Concept

I installed the u by Moen shower system and i am very pleased with its operation. The auto temperature control maintains the ideal temperature and stepping into a hot shower without a cold splash and waiting for warm up is fantastic. The only reason I am npt giving it 5 stars is the lack of consistent information regarding setup of the controller. It was very confusing! Moen Shower Controller Design

Controller works fine in manual mode. However, for full setup (e.g. connecting to home network for date/time display) one needs to use a smart phone which I feel should not be required. Once the smart phone is connected it is quite easy to remotely control the shower. Also, the device setup would be easier if operations could be done via a touch screen.

Who says technology can't help a shower. I'll never have another shower without these features again.

Easy to use

I bought this part of my new master bath. Great to use voice command to turn on and off.

Even better than I hoped

We have been using it for two weeks and it is great. Simple controles, easy app, works how I hoped it would.

setting up moen

The actual set up prior to using the U by Moen app. Set up is difficult on the iPhone. Took about 1/2 hour. Should have only taken 3 min or so.

Perfect temperature every time

Bought this almost 2 years ago, always works, biggest issue I’ve had is having to turn off the power and turn it back on to reset the unit once. Water is always at the perfect temperature, love that it warms up and pauses

The best valve and controller on the market

Got this controller and valve up and running today and it’s the best on the market. I can’t say enough about the IT department at Moen and a special thanks to Colin for his support and knowledge of the system.

Fantastic Shower

This is the most enjoyable shower I have ever used. A large control box lets you select your preferred water temperature, and choose between a rain shower, handheld shower, or both at the same time. The panel lets you know when your selected temperature is reached. Preferred settings can be saved for two individuals. The shower can also be controlled by your cellphone. The water streams are extremely comfortable.

Valve and controller work as promised. Installation was quite simple.

Awesome shower control

Remodeled my bathroom and wanted a clean look so I bought the U by Moen system and was very satisfied with both the ease of installation and the finished look. It’s certainly not inexpensive, but in my opinion it’s worth the price - it looks fantastic, and there’s no fixtures to have to keep clean.

Awesome Product!

I've never had a shower that gets to the right temperature this quickly before. It will stay at the set temperature even if another shower is started in another bathroom or if the washing machine is started. No more cold shots from the shower, I love it!

Very nice feature

We bought several months ago, but just moved into house and are now using. It’s easy to program initially and pair to the internet - but should there be a power outage there really isn’t good instructions to re-connect to the app
