Just remodeled our master bath and added the Moen digital controller and used the app to pre set his and her settings. Super cool. Highly recommend.

While the Moen U line is costly it’s very nice

We have been using this Moen U shower controller for over a year now. It has been trouble free and works great. It’s so nice just pushing a button and getting the same temperature water every time.

Just installed - looks beautiful!

This was installed yesterday so I haven’t had a chance to use it yet. I set it up with the smart phone app and Alexa. No problems thank goodness. Can’t wait to use it later. Looks beautiful.

This is a replacement from a previous controller

As much as I like the features of the device, the first one broke within the first few months. The second replacement one will not program correctly. I did this before with the first one and had no issues. I'm hoping I don't have to get yet a third device. I'm not sure who makes moen products but I have a lot of them in my house. New Moen Shower Control

We just had it installed. Its different not having a handle to dial up your shower. But it looks great and works very well. Really nice to know the temperature of trhe shower so it is consistent from day to day. Also, hooking it up to the app so I can start and control the shower before I even leave my bed was easy!

easy to use

I bought this system do to severe arthritis. handles and levers have become difficult to use. the display is large enough to read and the buttons make it so easy to set temperature

Difficult to Troubleshoot

I bought a new home 3 months ago and the Moen TS3302TB was installed. I had a power outage yesterday and now the controller will not power on. The correction in the process is not at all straightforward..

Worth the money

I finished our bathroom remodel almost a year ago and still convinced I made the correct decision installing the U. The way I looked at it was, I’m going to have to purchase a temperature valve anyways. Won’t have to purchase a trim kit or a diverter valve. Also two less holes for plumbing under the shower heads. It’s also nice having a night light in the bathroom that doesn’t take up a plug.

wireless setup is terrible!

I installed this shower control four months ago and couldn't get it to sync then. Tried today and no luck! It tried to sync once and indicated that I had a connection and now the app indicates the controller is off line.

Couldn't get it to work on my phone.

I love it but I couldn't get it to connect to my phone.

Incredible

This Is amazing. We had a difficult shower to renovate because the shower was located between two pocket doors and there was no room for the shower valve. Our previous shower was a fiberglass shower with thick walls where the valve was located. This U by Moen was the perfect solution for our new tile shower. It works so well and being able to set the temperature is wonderful.

The best feature in our bathroom

The Moen U has been an excellent purchase, the app is great I use it every morning to start the shower and get it to temp. The presets for different users is also great every time I step into the shower its a perfect 103 degrees.
