Good shower, but needs improvement

The shower is good but the app is very buggy and this does not work with Apple’s Siri

The greatest invention of the century

Better than sliced bread. My wife fought me tooth and nail about purchasing it. It took her one shower to realize its a great time to be alive.

Works beautifully for me!

I remodled my bathroom replacing the garden jacuzzi tub with a walk in shower without moving the plumbing. The entry door to the bathroom is on the same wall as the plumbing necessitating the shower door be on the opposite end. Without this wonderful product, it would be impossible for me to get the shower turned on without having to stand is cold water. I love it!

We bought this for a shower remodel. I love electronic gadgets and my wife wanted the temperature control so thought it a match in heaven. The problem we have been having is when power outages occur, despite having the battery backup, the device never syncs up again. It says it is connected to the network. The app says it is connected. We love our shower!

Our shower is the best part of our place!!! Presets and Alexa integration are great! No issues with the valves or controls in 2 years.

Great shower valve but flaky software

Great shower control valve but the app is flaky and the manual is poorly written. My Wi-Fi had a problem so the controller lost its sync with my iPhone. Problem is that if you looked at the app it appeared to be working but it wasn’t controlling the shower. I told the app to forget the shower so I could re-sync everything. Life changer!

Bought this primarily for our son with Down Syndrome who is unable to operate and regulate a regular shower. The Moen Digital System allows him to independently operate the shower with no chance of accidentally turning on scalding water

This is so cool!!

We installed the U by Moen as part of our bathroom remodel. My husband was tired of having to adjust the hot and cold mix in the winter when the water from the line outside of the house hit the shower. It is SO nice to walk into a perfect temperature shower!! This was the first installation for our designer. There was a learning curve. Onyx guy didn't line up the data cord hole exactly. Had to have specialist repair 3 inch hole in the Onyx wall. Great idea, bad connectivity.

Funny they asked me to review this as I’m trying to pair it with my WiFi. It will try to connect then drop and you have to start all over. This has don’t this 4 times in a row. When it did work, if someone had taken a shower the night before and turned it off with the temp at 108, when you try your preset at 103, it won’t turn on. It thinks it’s still at 108. This is my second unit and same problems.

App needs work

I love the features of my U by Moen. The ability to start the shower from my phone or by Alexa is fantastic. However after using the app on my phone and connecting to WiFi, everything worked flawlessly for about a week. Then the problems with the app started. It kept saying I still needed to add Alexa. Perfect temp

I have used the controller for 2 months now. Getting the same temp every time with the touch of a button is great. Use it to full a tub also. The timer allows us to fill it to proper depth without being in the room. Would like it to fill faster but not a major issue. I believe 4 port model flows more. Curious as to how long it lasts before failing. Easy to install and a blast to use.

This is for controller set up only

The valve is a few days from installation. Set is very easy. I did do a reset because of a power failure. Be sure and unplug the unit for a full minute and everything will be fine.

Display not functioning - cannot connect to app

This is a replacement controller - it would still not connect tot he U by Moen app -and today the LED screen on the controller is not working - completely blank and unresponsive - even tho the unit has power

I have had this for about a month. I asked for it to be installed in our new home. I figured with a name like Moen behind it I wasn't taking too much of a risk. It paired easily the first time but a month later I had to repair it with a new router. I couldn't get it to work. Moen's customer support is easy to deal with and helped solve the problem. Love the U by Moen

Easy installation since I already had the shower down to the studs for repairs. I used shark bite adapters to connect supply lines to valve and output valve lines to shower appliances. This made it super easy since I don’t know how or want to work with copper lines. No leaks from the moment I turned in the water supply and applied pressure to the system.

Conveniet and Efficient

We purchased two U by Moen controllers, one four valve and one two valve. Both have worked flawlessly and provide us with the flexibility to preset showers for different heads and temperatures.

Fantastic system.

Just installed the Moen TS3302TB system, and I am very impressed at how quickly and perfectly it controls shower temperatures. It was very easy to install and configure.
