Without a manual it's been trial and error figuring out how the use the machine. The machine is difficult to turn on perhaps I am doing it incorrectly but how would I know without a manual. I chose the machine for the pet pro cycle because my clothes often still had fur on them...

GREAT Features!!!

Features are very cool, but will it last !

Very nice product

We now get an error code of power outage after every single load and if you press the deep fill button it completely loses power. We have to wait until the system reboots to try and to start the washer. We are now also getting an alarm about the load not being off center please adjust clothes and restart. But the clothes are just fine and takes about three restarts ...

Flimsy soap and softener dispenser

Soap and softener dispenser seems cheaply made and flimsy considering cost of the Maytag washer. Also, water and products are left in the soap and softener wells after each wash and have to be manually emptied.

Shiny useless metal box

It does not work. Factory service tells me it will take 14 plus business days to get repair part.

Terrible product

Larger loads always go off balance and a load that should take 1 hour turns into 2-3 hours if I’m not babysitting the machine. White residue is consistently left on dark clothes. I had factory service out. Their solution for the off balance is was to not load more than halfway up the drum level and only use the delicate cycle. As for the residue, only use 1 tea...

Happy so far

It’s a lot different than our old machine so it’s going to take some time to get to the way it washes (less water) and the sounds it makes. But our clothes are clean and that’s exactly what we were wanting.

Love Pet features

PetPro Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ive had Maytag washers/dryers for decades. With 3 dogs I needed a PetPro washer. The PetPro function works GREAT, pulling out & collecting lots of pet hair into a basket. KUDOS! But I am disappointed that there is no place to add fabric softener at the start of the wash. Directions say to add it during the rinse cycle which means I have to closely monitor my wash times if I want to use fabric softener. I can't just set it and let it run.

Not happy with this!

Constantly pausing because the load is unbalanced, no matter what size load we put in. We got this because it has the Pet Pro setting but it definitely wasn't worth the hassle this machine is causing.
