Would RecommendDelivery team that delivered our washer was phenomenal. They were on time, very polite. But definitely get appliances delivered again if ever needed. Also the worker that helped us pick out the washer inside the Lowe's store was very knowledgeable and also provided exceptional service very proud of the Murphy location.

I have had this dryer for 4 months and it will not dry clothes completely no matter what cycle is used. It takes 3 times to dry 1 load. I have cleaned all pipes/tubes/vents that would hold lint and still not drying the clothes.

Nice dryer
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We enjoy all the features especially the notifications through the app on our phones. We are however struggling a little bit with getting mixed loads (that include towels) to get the towels completely dry. This is a very nice dryer.

Delivery location and time was wrong
Would RecommendThe reason this clothes washer was purchased, it is replacing a twelve year old front loading Maytag. The sales agent and process went well. However though the delivery communication seemed to fit, the actual delivery DID NOT . The clothes washer was delivered to the wrong address thus the delivery time was not on thier scheduled time.

Never gets warm, takes hours to dry
Would Not RecommendDryer is one year old. It is a gas unit converted to propane by appliance dealer. It never has heated correctly, gets mildly warm, never hot enough to correctly dry clothes. Calling Maytag for service is a nightmare. Wait times horrendous.

Husband work clothes feel dirty
Would Not RecommendWas excited for this washer, but disappointed. Wish I could return. Husband's work clothes still feel filthy even on bulk items , extra rinse. Borax doesn't dissolve ,clothes full of it. Disappointed. You can still feel the grit in the clothes

Washing Machine Issues
Would Not RecommendFrom the first week the washing machine started giving issues with no water inlet - you have to drain and spin and start again - the machine works every other or every 2 to 3 times then you'll get an error... Did everything that was recommended and its still giving issues -- Waiting now for service to come next week - FOR A BRAND NEW MAYTAG MACHINE... very disappointed with this purchase already... Called Lowes and they just forward you to the Manufacturer which is Whirlpool.

Not Satisfied With my Purchase
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this for @3 months and I’m not satisfied for the money I paid. It’s Maytag, it’s supposed to be the ‘best’ however, not so much. Clothes don’t fry at first attempt and they are normally wrinkled immediately upon removing from the dryer. Yes, I’m following instructions, but it should be easy AND just work.

Dryer paint scratches and chips - unacceptable
Would Not Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not happy with the surface finish. Paint scratches way too easily. Very different from other dryers I’ve owned that have a much more durable finish. Received a touch up paint bottle, which is similar to nail polish, and shows everywhere I’ve used it. Would not buy again.
