Worst experience purchasing a washer

Ordered washer on the phone for next day delivery. I asked if it would fit our present Maytag pedestal. Delivered next day refusing to install on old pedestal. Left washer. I immediately ordered the pedestal for 2 day delivery. Arrived damaged and could not install again. Got a refund on the pedestal. The washer was picked up but never got the refund receipt. Calling in to delivery couldn’t locate it. Finally found where it was and issued a refund receipt but less $29 shipping. Had...

Pet Pro recourse

Maytag posted a Facebook link saying they’d help, but when I gave them the chance to do the right thing, they chose not to. Their own certified tech told me I can’t wash anything that’s been around my pet and to “take it all to the laundromat.” Why spend $1,000 on a washer that can’t even handle clothes from a normal household? They’re not honoring their warranty either. At this point the only option left is small claims court — or filing with the Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission...

Don’t buy / Junk

I purchased this Oct 2024. I have had to have this serviced 3 times. (I have 1 husky, 1 dachshund, 1 chihuahua). I will be contacting them again to have it repaired for the 4th time. The drain was clogged because of dog hair (isn’t this why they call it the “Pet pro”?). The drain filter is not accessible to the average person as it has to have the entire top and face removed to access the drain. They had to replace the drain pump. Pet Pro Smart? More like Pet Pro Fail!

I purchased the Maytag Pet Pro Plus front-load washer specifically because of its advertising claims: built for pet owners, designed to trap pet hair, sanitize fabrics, and save me trips to the laundromat. Pet Pro Review

Very Disappointed

This was the most disappointing experience i have had with any company. Saved my money researched for 2 weeks looking for the right one. I got to wash 4 loada and it froze up. Hour glass showing on screen and all troubleshooting nothing changes. Had it only 20 days, Lowes would not make right, so tefund money and i went to BH Daves to purchase another one. Lowes lost a customer for life, o know they want muss me abd thats ok.Not recommended this washer either

Hard-working and good-looking

Everything comes out dry and there are a lot of settings to handle whatever you throw at it. I used to wash bulkier bedding items at a laundromat but my new machines handle comforters, king-sized sheet sets, and throw pillows beautifully.
