Worst Maytag Washer!! Total disappointment!!

Bought both washer and dryer PetPro thinking that Maytag was a good, reliable brand Nov 2024 and 4 months later, the drain pump needed to be replaced. Following 3 months later, it had the f9e1 error so had to call the service tech to fix it. A month later, the error pop up again and had to call service tech again. We are so tired of dealing with it and Maytag needs to replace the washer.

This machine was delivered in Oct 29th. We have yet to be able to use this machine. We have had 6 parts replaced and are awaiting our 7th. I have taken so much time out of my work day to place claims and be available at my house so we can have our machine looked at and then again to replace a part. They will not replace this lemon of a machine.

worst app is not accurate with the time washer is done .and wont wash heavy clothes

Long wash time in PetPro cycle 2:06

Length of time for PetPro cycle 2:06. Did get a lot of dog hair off their coats and bedding after we vaccumed and brushed them off before putting in. Filter caught quite a bit. Not looking forward to this months water and eletric bills! Yikes! Good thing we only do them every few months or so!

Not so Pet Pro

Bought this set just for the "Pet Pro" feature and its a nightmare, the pet hair filter picks very little to no hair on every wash, wash cycles are extremely long, the clothes come out worse than before washing, I switched from a Maytag Commercial Technology XL top load set 2018 model and I completely regret it, I never had this hair issues with my old machines but wanted to try something new, so disappointed.

LOWE’S 3rd Party Delivery Company is the worst

I haven’t gotten to use my washer and dryer I originally purchased 2 months ago. Washer showed up damaged, next delivery got cancelled, 2nd washer showed up damaged. Then the delivery people who are supposed to install it, refused saying it didn’t fit in the room - WHERE I JUST REMOVED ANOTHER SET FROM. These 2 gentleman did now show up to work, they told me they did not know they were supposed to install anything, they were in a rush to get in and out of the door. It was January 1st maybe hung ...

We bought this Washer and Dryer and was so excited to get it plugged up and its been the worst mistake we have ever made. We switched from a Whirlpool old school to these and I'm so ready to go back. Does not get any hair off clothes and they look worst when coming out than they did going in. Will be contacting first thing Monday morning. These are the clothes right after a WASH.

Buy your appliances from Bestbuy or ANYWHERE else

The washer stopped working 2 weeks to the day I bought it, Lowe's wouldn't return the product since I "didn't buy it with a Lowe's card", and the manufacturer said they don't do returns and I'd have to contact Lowe's. They did tell me I should get the extended warranty for $20 a month because these things are heaps of junk.

Handles pets including horses!

This is a great washer! It can handle the toughest jobs (like a muddy horse blanket) but also the delicates. It gets so much pet hair out that the dryer barely has any hair in the lint trap.

Spin cycle no good

It stays wet after you run a load and water gets on floor and doesn't spin out all water
