Would Not Recommendpurchased 8/29/2025. With in the first few days had to do multi soft resets. Now I have to un plug to reset the machine. I keep getting no water detected errors. Done all the things recommended to help like pull the filters out and clean them. still nothing. The phone service is a waste of time. I'll try again monday to get somebody out to fix this piece of shift. Bought this one to replace a broken machine. Going back to Samsung.

Replacement dryer

Broken 2x in 8 months
Would Not RecommendDo Not Buy! I purchased this washer in March of this year. It broke in August (less than 5 months later). I called Maytag for service. They said a warranty was not available for the product but wouldn’t tell me why. It broke again in November (error code F9E1-same as before). Service came out and said it’s a terrible design and it will continue to happen. So I’m going to be paying for service over and over again? Do not waste your money. The Worst Washer
Would Not RecommendFinally made the switch to this washer after having our last for 10+ years. We have dogs and wanted something to help us get rid of the pet hair. This does the OPPOSITE. Our decades old washer did better than this hunk of junk. We will pull loads of laundry out and they are COVERED in pet hair. I haven’t seen anything like it. Broke after 10 days
Would Not RecommendHad 10 days and washer had error code on the display screen. The code was about a power outage (we had none) and to press any button to cancel and to continue. The washer acted like it was going to start and it locked the door. I went back 10 minutes later. washer never started had an hour glass on the display. OK except for rediculous design!
Would Not RecommendI'm not sure what idiot at Maytag decided to make it impossible to reach the filter at the bottom without disassembling the front of the washer. It would have been simple to add an access out the front like most other models. The filter in the drum works ok but ... Absolutely ridiculous!!

Would Not RecommendWe have only had ours for about 5 months and it has broken twice. The paddles that turn the clothes fell off. the plastic that held them in place broke. Now it doesn't wash. It just sits there and thinks its washing. I am fed up with this washer. So disappointed. I wouldn't recommend this washer.

Wrong size drawer
Would Not RecommendThe drawer was the wrong size for the washer, and the delivery guys couldn't get it to fit the washer; so they took it back. The only reason we bought this washer was because the drawer elevates the washer to a comfortable level. I need you to contact me to let me know what happened and how to resolve this. Why was the drawer assembly a different size than the washer?

Would RecommendDryer itself works great. I am not a big fan of the controls as I would like to just push start and go with having to hold for 3 seconds. Also the mobile app is poor at best and has lost connection and needed to reconnect 2 times in 3 days. Forget it. Not the Maytag quality I knew
