[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed having to purchase a new Maytag washer. The old one had a interior light in the drum. This one does not and let me tell you, I've had it a couple weeks and I'm NOT thrilled this feature was not included. Why did you discontinue the 15.5" drawers? These should be universal. A big let down!

Time and energy efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a front loader to conserve energy and water. This machine is just what I was looking for. The features are easy to use and the time for cycles keeps me out of the laundry room.

Nice washer

Good so far

I got the same brand so that I could stack the dryer. And the same model because it was priced in the middle of the options. So far it’s working well. Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a Maytag front load washer and dryer. They are excellent and reasonably priced. They are extremely quiet and the washer doesn’t stop until the load is ready to go in the dryer and the dryer doesn’t stop until all the clothes are dry. Will buy again.

New maytag

Low end-of-cycle-chime.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few weeks ago to replace a Maytag Neptune Front Load Washer that I had for 22 years. I am not exactly thrilled with the machine. The end-of-cycle chime is so low that you cannot hear it. I also bought the matching dryer. The doors of the appliances open into each other. I realize the door of the dryer can be reversed.

No Light

We love this new washer but......there is no light for the inside like our old one! Come on Maytag, a friggen light!!!!!

That's an hour longer than my old washer. Hate the holding down the power button for 3 seconds to start, I should be able to turn this off.
